I know I’m nine months too late on this but E46s also get water in the engine bay from the deteriorated plastic piece that fits under the wipers and over the bottom lip of the windshield. This piece is easily acquired and replaced.
Down the track. I need to learn how to drive it first 😂 I’ll probably bang it up and be upset if I spend too much attention to looks. I did manage to find a Tech 2 bumper for it though. 👍🏻

You have to try the facelift hood on your car! Ive done this 2 times now for some friends cars, it fits very well and gives it a meaner look!
