Don't die for flats/plots....you should keep your money for really bad time ahead.....future is not so bright.....jobs are becoming fewer and more tougher...only the best will survive and adapt to newer jobs......it is not at all possible to give emis for 20-30 years.....govt is harassing people by reducing permanent jobs and give low salary temporary jobs .....in such a scenario, real estate development talks is meaningless.....there is no end to newer sectors/newer places for flats....flats are infinite and people should not buy them by committing their life earnings.....after all , those days are not far when struggling to get a day meal will be a challenge to 97% Indian people ......
