    50% market crash expected. No one is able to resell bought house. Developers run away after fevicolling poor quality zero cement projects to us. Sir, forget new projects, there is not a single resale buyer. So plz don’t misguide

    All projects lines up are for super rich people. Normal middle class can not afford more than 1.5 crs for 3 bhk. Builders should launch in that category.

      Middle class can buy affordable housing and deen dayal units.. high rise new construction is not for middle class also known as the new urban poor

      1cr se kam family income hai to 3-4 cr ka high rise bhool jana chahiye.. ye sab deep pockets ya high income walo k liye hai

    If Camellias 16000 sq ft penthouse goes for 190 crores after 15 years of its launch, then by the same logic, today’s new high rise ultra luxury flats which are being launched at 7/8 crores of area 4000 sq ft, will surely have buyers for 50 crores or so, in another 15 years in peak of next boom cycle …..
