All 3 projects of new gurgaun are near posession so brand new. If you can buy in gurgaun sectors, why go to another city. Adress matters.

Solitude and gems are at a stone throw away from multi utility corridor which is gonna be a big big developed area in future. Even dlf enclave is on pataudi road which is already declared as a national highway. Plus these properties are within gurgaun so social infra is next level compared to almost empty sohna. Mumbai highway will go till mumbai so something near it is not a big deal. That matters for remote areas where farm houses are coming up. BTW not saying sohna is a bad area. Simply saying pricing of 2cr is stupid right now.
