Manesar is obviously a better location and should give better return in medium term. Signature product will give better return only when the new metro and rrts is operational but that could take 10 years

New Gurgaon and even Dwarka’s expressway livability index is very low. .. drainage, clean water, no hospital at arms distance. It will take years for growth. Just an expressway is not a parameter for luxury.
