      Chacha chucha ...sabko brokerage leni hai...5-10% mil jaati hai per plot...unhe koi matlab nhi ..10 me se 4 project to chalega hi...use hi gaa denge.

      Bhai Saab ji.. Noida ka bhi batao kuch. Waha bhi tabahi macha Rakhi hai builders or dealers ne. Bc dabbe jaise flats ke 1 crore se upar kar diye jo flat last year 55-60 mein mil raha tha.

      Already corrected 15-20% just don’t be a fool to enter in wrong price .. 2013-2018 cycle repeats when builders bankruptcy and 35% price correction my flat corrected from 55 lacs in 2013 to 40 lacs in 2015 in noida

      they can keep holding the lands for decades, they r free from financial system so they dont care about market, they just want to get maximum of the maximum out of their assets

    I bought ready to move 2bhk floor from BPTP from their unsold inventory. But the builder is not giving me possession since 7 months after BPTP taking full payment of 1.5 cr.
    What should I do. We being senior citizen has been cheated. Builder is saying that they are repairing roof . After repair they shall handover.

    Market has already started bursting. Sg and m3m already niche gir chuke h. Dlf project has gone on hold. Bptp lutyens is 90% unsold. So wait bit more and dont listen to brokers. NRIs bhi kb tk paisa lgate rahenge

      NRIs ki halat kharab hai kafi NRIs wapas aa gaye hai Canada UK US hai kafi line mai hai they have to liquidate their current investment so more supply less demand

    If market is still going up and some buyer is waiting cuz he is hoping for crash then this will harm him as he will miss out on aprreciation and will be eventually priced out of market.
    A crash is good for the buyer but the hope of crash we are selling now might not be good for them
