I bought ready to move 2bhk floor from BPTP from their unsold inventory. But the builder is not giving me possession since 7 months after BPTP taking full payment of 1.5 cr. What should I do. We being senior citizen has been cheated. Builder is saying that they are repairing roof . After repair they shall handover.
