      @@shivhardiksvideos4350 real estate has a lagging appreciation unlike stock market. prices increased 15-20% after the day DEW harayana side opened. this wouldn't have happened if market had already considered these factors.

Product ab 3 din me sold nahi ho rha iska matlab ye nahi hai ki market me demand nahi hai....sold hone me thoda time lag rha hai pehle to 3-4-5 sal tak mal bikta tha bhul gye ab atleast 5-6 month me mal sale ho rha hai to market collapse bol rhe hai ajib log hai vo bhi itne senior in real estate

    Thanks Ashish for being honest, Uncle is a scamster, he has his vested interest specially around expressway, he blocks keywords on his videos/deletes comments, I advise my investor friends to be careful and seek investment opportunities very carefully, exits have become/would become difficult in coming months so be mindful on getting an exit as rates can fluctuate, speculation can only take the rates only to a certain limit and that threshold is way over the mark

    You are correct about inventory.But price will not come down , the reason behind this is builders r very clever they are in profits even if they able to sale 25 percent. But yes people like you and me will not able to resale our flats hence it's dead investment. Waste of money.

      Builders have sold most of there units in fomo ... Public has to bear the time now.... I know 10 people who have 3-4 flats each....on loan and partnerships....crazy market...crazy price...some bought even on 10-20 lkhs premium

    It really needs guts to speak the truth on such a public platform and you have shown you have it. End users are/have struggle a lot in buying their dream houses due to unnecessarily inflation of real estate created due to greed of the developers. Now Investors who bought at high prices with no holding capacity will be trapped.

      Itana bhi niche nhi jayega. Bahari dhakka chahiye jaise national/global economic stress Bina usake kabhi niche nhi jata. 20-30% correction jyada se jyada.
