You know for number 2, I would have just put all four of the players characters (The Hero of Tython, the Barsen'thor, Darth Nox, and the Emperor's Wrath) together in that slot.
+EvanNova95 Few things. I'm surprised the Dread Masters didn't make the list. They were said to be extremely powerful servants just below emperor Vitiate. Your thoughts on Darth Mar if he could/couldn't be used in a versus series match. For the Hero of Tython, there's also the Barsen'thor which was supposed to be very powerful in the force. I think the styles of combat are actually known for Hero of Tython(I don't know if you play the game now or not.) There's three forms commonly used, sorensu for tanking, shien for guardian dps, and then there's sentinel with either juyo or ataru. Could the Hero of Tython not be trained in all four combat stances or assumed he/she does?
If you rewatch the episode you will hear the father state that the son and him are tied in power and immortality so when the father stabbed himself he took the sons imortality. Pretty much the only way to kill them Is with the blade of Mortis and the realm was the only place the father could suppress his kids, the father stated if his children escaped they would literally have the power to destroy the entire universe, it's the whole reason he brought them there in the first place. They once lived in the normal universe but as they got older the children started to grow in power and the son was already going down a dark path so it was only a matter of time before he used it to eradicate everything, and even if you use the blade of Mortis to kill them their bodies disappear so I am assuming they became force ghost so they aren't even dead. They are literally the gods of Star Wars.
Nihilus only lost simply due to the Exile having the same affliction. Being on Malachor, and feeling the death, and surviving. They were black holes, absorbing the force. Otherwise, Nihilus will consume and annihilate everything that fights him. It wasn't draining life that kept him strong, it was literally eating the force. It was stated that feeding on Telos would weaken him, because there are no Jedi there. When the Jedi were gone, he would feed upon the Sith. Kreia herself mentioned that Nihilus possessed techniques that could not be defended against.
+Sherlock Holmes People like to ignore this because it isn't conventional Star Wars. Nihilus was not supposed to be viewed as a Force User, he was supposed to be seen as an abomination. People like to boil the Exile and Nihilus down to a collection of feats and abilities, when a lot of them don't really apply. Considering KOTOR II was very much about questioning traditional Star Wars, I really think most misunderstand Nihilus. If you view him as a Sith Lord with abilities akin to those a human/other sentient might have, I think you've already made a mistake. Good summation of what was going on. Mr. Avellone and the folks at Obsidian would be proud. I'm sorry to say though, it is doubtful that the intended view of Nihilus, the one that game evidenced, will be accepted by a majority of Star Wars fans. So er. Yes. Thank you for bringing this up.
+Profane Historian the Sith Lords not being conventional Star Wars is the main reason why I love that game so much. Nihilus was awesome his voice still kinda scares me. I consider Nihilus to be a true terror of the Dark Side.
God Emperor Doom Those would be the worst people to fight Nihilus. He would consume them, and fuel his power for years. The stronger you are, the easier you are to be consumed by Nihilus. That is evidenced by the crew on his ship, and the statements in his lore.

InSanic If I remember correctly, Sidious still put up a fight. My point was that Anakin would just be able to roflstomp Sidious had he reached his full potential.
Nihilus' force drain has never been shown to be resisted. Meetra never resisted his Force drain, she just didn't have her own Force energy for him to feed off of. Meetra's Force connection was dependent on those around her. So for Nihilus to try to feed off of her, he essentially would be just recycling his own Force energy, which is already not enough to sustain his power and body. Scion couldn't resist him. Kreia couldn't resist him. All of the Jedi Masters of that era had no choice but to hide from him and his hunger. Literally the only way to withstand his drain is to essentially not have a natural connection to the Force at all.

+ComanderScar Yes but to a lesser extent the vanilla trooper, smuggler, agent and mandalorian. If their not force users, their simply inferior in contrast if they were force sensitive. Their tactics and mentalities are what is lacking to gage them.
My thoughts exactly. When I saw that #2 was the Jedi Knight class/Hero of Tython my first thought was like "That's just not fair, Evan. Not fair at all." Though I would have used the Sith Warrior/Emperor's Wrath (player version not Lord Scourge) instead of the Knight. Reason behind is that the Warrior storyline has the most connection with the other classes imo. Your named the Emperor's Wrath after Scourge's betrayal to help the Knight/Hero of Tython and later Empire's Wrath after Vitiate "dies" and the comes back and devours Ziost. Then again, I'm somewhat biased because I just love the Warrior's combat abilities and is my 1st favorite Force user storyline and 3rd favorite counting non Force users after the Agent and Smuggler stories. Agent > Smuggler > Warrior > Inquisitor > Bounty Hunter > Counselor > Trooper (though I loved the Trooper's chapter 3 finale. Out of all of the stories)
For marka ragnos; he lived in an era where the sith were more focused on their force powers rather than their sword skills and I believe it was already stated that he wasn’t a very skilled swordsman and there were only 2 confirmed forms; shii cho and makeshi. Let’s not forget that marka ragnos wasn’t well known for his skills as a swordsman rather he was well known for his strength in the force.
I also view his weaknesses also being at least partly due to having being recently resurrected and taking a body that was not his own which - even though I'm unsure of how essence transfer effects the one being transferred immediately after it occurs - often leaves beings disorientated across several sci-fi universes where the ability/technology to do so exists.
Jedi Spartan 38 this is also true; his original body was for strength oriented attacks and extreme durability. Since he took over someone else’s body (I don’t remember the her name) he had difficulty compensating for his lack of strength and ridiculously high dexterity.
The only character I think could even hold a candle to any of the Ones (Certainly not Abeloth though) would be Vitiate in his prime, but even then, I don't think there's enough material on Vitiate to justify that. Most of what we know about the Sith Emperor is told through everyone fearing him. Yes, he drained Ziost, but that required setup. Outside of that, there really isn't much to demonstrate Vitiate's actual upper limits of power.
tulak hord was actually known for being a strong duelist for having defeated and chained to his will the dashadd khem val, they also battled together at Yn and Chabosh, where it is said that Khem Val ( a force user eater ) has eaten over a thousand jedi, seeying as how the dashadd was the servant of tulak hord we could easily imagine that they fought side by side as they killed all those jedi's... there are also story's about a sith conflict between tulak hord and the lord kallig (one of the most powerful sith lords of his time)
Have you ever even played KOTOR 2? Your assessment of Darth Nihilus is completely wrong. Yes he must feed to survive but it isn't something that kills him instantly during a fight if he can't feed. Darth Nihilus is also NOT ALIVE. He is considered some kind of undead sith. The way the Exile defeated him was the fact he/she was a wound in the force, a dark hole. Basically the Exile reversed Nihilus' draining presence and was feeding off of him instead. Nihilus' drain power wasn't your average drain either. He could drain the life from A PLANET by just being nearby. You are right in the assessment he's unbalanced (or op whatever you want to say). He was a very interesting character in KOTOR 2 but not a very good one when using him to vs another force user. The other user would have to be a wound in the force like the Exile in order to beat him. Otherwise they don't stand a chance.
Well I'd also like to add that he had other powers as well. He used things like force wave, force lightning, he held his star ship together with the force, mind controlled everyone on it, and was only killed because 2 of the 3 people invading his ship were wounds. Not actually saying I like Nihilus people just practically never assess him properly.
Thank you for showing an understanding of his power. Literally, unless you are a wound in the force, you have already lost. I think he is arguably the most powerful character in all of Star Wars.
If I remember correctly, the Son's power was linked to the Father's and when he stabbed himself with the dagger, it had an effect on the Son, that's why Anakin's lightsaber was able to kill him, I don't think it'd have done anything otherwise.
Actually it implies he is more powerful there But as he was described in game his bones are fractured beyond belief, and his skin is nothing more than tiny pieces somehow being held together. Hell when he was first discovered by a Republic medical officer she couldn't tell if he was alive or DEAD. It's safe to assume if immortality was only at the Dark Side nexuses then he'd be dead the moment he left and just fall apart.
Wait a min, I just realized you can use Odan Urr in a versus match. Obviously you cant use him in a full versus match, you can use him in a versus short with the main decision being physical, unarmed combat, tactics and force abilities. Odan Urr vs Volfe but Volfe cant use his lightsaber (not that it matters that much), Jorrus C'Baoth, Vititate, Sidious (don't think that Odan Urr could win but definitely contend), etc.

:( i feel real sad that I only know 2 of those people. Jocasta (seen her in the movie), Tulak Hord played Knights of the old republic ( I think ragnos popped in there somewhere to). Yet I still don't even know much about them, of course that's the point of the video. But every one of the videos released by you, you mention all these heroes and villains that I've never heard of. I just wish I could know all this knowledge of these tales as you do it is truly amazing, and I learn more and more in each video you release. Keep up the good work and honestly just thank you. :)
After you put it into perspective, I'd love to see you or one of the other Council members do a Darth Nihilus vs. Darth Sion. Actually, you know what, scratch that. I can kind of already see the outcome of that battle. The biggest question is could Darth Sion's attachment to his pain and hatred be enough to survive and outlast Nihilus' hunger?
there *was* consistency when it came to defeating The Son if you look at the situation closely.. he *could* only be killed by the dagger up until the point he was weakened *and* caught by surprise through his own distracting emotions, which gave Anakin the opening he needed for the killing thrust

This video is extremely special in my book. Really shocked Nihilus wasn't number one on this list, would of bet money that he was. Really frustrates me how there isn't much info to draw on regarding Marka Ragnos and especially Darth Nihilus. Sign...maybe one day. They can't put Starkiller in it. He in and of itself would break Disney EU, especially how he formed the Rebel Alliance, and his force pulling a Star Destroyer to the ground would make him even stronger than Yoda.
TheSuperSeanyo starkiller is lord vader's secret apprentice and assassin so imagine him hunting the rebels with no one knowing who he is until a epic showdown between vader's old apprentice aka ahsoka and her feelings of being replaced
TheSuperSeanyo another thing is he was a young boy that was forced to use the dark side of the force so him facing the rebels that oppose the empire with all odds against them. This could be interesting how starkiller could fit in this and plus instead of creating the rebel alliance he can instead help organize and save it from the brink of death like in the force unleashed 1 when the emperor held the leaders of the rebels it could be starkiller that rescues them from dying so the rebellion can keep on fighting

Absolutely loved the mini Darth Sion Scene, made me laugh quite a bit. A video like this I found made quite a lot of sense for a lot of them. Shame we don’t have more on Freedon Nadd...would have loved to see a match with him.
On the point of the Hero of Tython later in the storyline after the defeat of Darth Revan he becomes the Jedi Battlemaster so we at least know that he at least is one of the greatest duelists of the era. Just figured I would add that point since it was at the end of the storyline in the SWTOR expansion Shadow of Revan

I love Tulak Hord and i am so sad that they didnt show any info about him there are rumors that he killed over 100 jedies in a siege and that was one of the most shameful defeats of the jedi order

bruh, love your videos, you were the guy that inspired me to begin working on my own VS videos (have only a few recordings at the moment, no videos). But if I may make a suggestion, please, talk a bit faster, with fewer unnecessary pauses. Maybe that's your style and everything, but it's really hard to sit through 1 hour videos and waiting 25 minutes to get to the meat and potatoes. At least the character intros could be a bit shorter.Again, the content is awesome I don't have any complaints on content :P but if you were to make them 20 mins shorter (by talking faster or editing out long pauses) it would be awesome (for me and others that have constricted leisure time)
Out of curiosity, what's preventing someone from decapitating Sion? I mean he can will himself back to life with pain, but if he loses his brain, and sequentially the ability to feel pain in the first place, that would kind of ruin his whole schtick...
Darth Bane is susceptible to lightsaber strikes on places like his wrist while wearing the Orbalisk armor BUT the damaged area regenerates within seconds. Also when Darth Bane was fighting against Raskta Lsu (who is a battle master), Valenthyne Farfalla and Johun Othone he was able to dodge Raskta's attempt at stabbing his face and was able to fend them all off at the same time.
This was a cool video man. Too bad for the characters that can't be used some of them are pretty great characters. one thing I would like to say about the orbalisk armor bane vs bane at the end of this life argument is that he chose to rid him self of the armor implying that he even thought he would be better off without it
Too bad about Odan-Urr, I imagine lots of people would like to see him take on Yoda or other powerful Sith Lords. According to the Jedi Academy Handbook from the SWRPG, we are indeed aware of his powers and abilities. To address combat, it indicates he has no form learned however, I would surmise that he at least has Form I learned (but maybe not mastered). Form II could be possible as well but considering his background, I would imagine he only bothered learning the basics. As for the other forms, most aren't likely developed yet (I'm not sure about Form III's time of development). Odan-Urr could be possible in a vs. series, but only if the imagination was stretched a bit, but it would also become a controversial debate.
Odan urr was the master yoda of the old republic very powerful skilled acknowledged of the force, exar kun happens to be far too powerful for any jedi or sith of that era he was even more powerful than vitiate
To me, Anakin killing the Son with the lightsaber actually makes perfect sense! Let’s break it down: Under normal circumstances, the Ones are IMMUNE to most forms of physical injury, including wounds inflicted by lightsabers! As shown in the episode 'Overlords', the Son can simply turn off lightsabers with the Force by a simple flick of the wrist as he did in his first confrontation with Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. While in his first confrontation with Anakin, the Father GRABS THE BLADE OF HIS LIGHTSABER WITH HIS BARE HAND AND PUSHES IT BACK INTO ITS HILT. If the Ones could be harmed or killed in any fashion, it could only happen in TWO ways in the Star Wars universe: They would either have to get stabbed by the Dagger or bested by someone who possessed an equal, if not, superior strength in the Force than them. Equal or Superior Power in the Force: In 'Overlords', Anakin was able to force the Son AND the Daughter into submitting defeat through his powers as the 'Chosen One'. Even in the episode 'Altar of Mortis', the Ones can be harmed by the Son's Force Lightning, even if it doesn't kill them. Stabbed by the Dagger: In the span of most of its three episodes, the Mortis story arc does a good job of explaining how the Dagger works and how it can affect the Ones. In the climax of ‘Altar of Mortis’, the duel between the Son and the Daughter ends in a draw, emphasizing how they are both equals in the Force as respective embodiments of the Dark Side and the Light Side. By this logic: if the Daughter can be killed by the Dagger, so can the Son and the Father as shown in the story arc’s final episode ‘Ghosts of Mortis’! While the Daughter and the Son respectively personify the Light and the Dark, the Father embodies the necessary Balance between the two opposing sides. It's a perfect analogy that ties into the ancient concept of Yin and Yang, a state of equilibrium that must be maintained in order to prevent chaos from ensuing if one side overtakes the other or if their conflict becomes too destructive to the bystanders and environment around them! This could be a logical reason as to why they all live on Mortis, which is not only a physical manifestation of the Force itself, but it is also a metaphysical realm that exists outside the boundaries of space and time! Therefore, making it the perfect place for the Ones to call home and to ensure that no galaxy of any kind is subjected to the potential destruction of any of their conflicts. In ‘Overlords’, The Father CONFIRMS THIS to Anakin as the EXACT REASON WHY THEY LIVE THERE! "My children and I can manipulate the Force like no other, therefore it was necessary to withdraw from the temporal world and live here as anchorites." "As a sanctuary?" "And a prison. You cannot imagine what pain it is to have such love for your children and realize they could tear the very fabric of our universe." Once we’ve reached the climax of ‘Ghosts of Mortis’, the Son has become more powerful with the Daughter’s death and the Father’s frailty. The Father taking these truths into account, knows that the only way to stop his Son is to kill himself: “You and I are tied together, and your strength runs through me. This way, I TAKE YOUR POWER.” And with this final act, the Father sacrifices himself, not only rendering his Son powerless but making him just as frail as any mortal. It’s a very fitting end for the Son to be undermined by the very same Father he mocked for being “weak” and “frail”.

Karl Swanson Ventress is a said by Darth Tyranus to be a gifted assassin. Heck, she killed around twenty Jedi, wounded a few (including Anakin), turned one to the dark side, and held her own against Council members (especially when she defeated Kit Fisto on Ord Cestus).
+DarthWill3 she also almost killed anakin and obi wan in every encounter but they were saved by something each time heck the first time anakin and Ahsoka faced ventress she was seconds from decapiting him but Ahsoka blocked her blade.
Ventress is underrated. She consistently fights both Anakin and Obi-Wan, two of the most powerful Jedi of their time, fought and survived against Mace Windu, killed a bunch of Jedi, and grew to be so powerful that Sidious himself considered her a potential threat.

Unfortunately this list gets exhaustively long when we begin to think about it. I would request you to add Darth Andeddu, Dathka Graush, Xoxaan, Ajunta Pall, Karness Muur, King Adas himself to this. I would ideally add one more name to this but I am sure it will invite the ire of many. That would be Lord Vitiate himself. Yes we have a ton of info on this guy but not necessarily in terms of combative stuff. Atleast this way we can save ourselves from the eternal debate of sith emperor vs the emperor. Yeah I know this versus has been done but I am sure a lot of people would disagree with the result including me. Lastly on the subject of Lord Hord, he was renowned not simply as a great/legendary duelist but the greatest. It is only reputation, however when that stems from statements made by people like Darth Traya, it is typically worth its weight in gold. Just my 2 cents being a huge fan.
Ok. So I have a theory on how to kill Nihilus or Sion. Which is using midi-chlorian manipulation or Sever Force. Nihilus is nothing more than mask for a body and he has an existence due to being a wound in the force. Darth Sion is being held together by nothing more than the force. So if the lose their connection to the Force, then both of them are gonna either be gone from existence or just fall apart. Its for these reasons I believe you can use Darth Nihilus or Darth Sion against Darth Plagueis, Nomi Sunrider, Odan-Urr, or Thon because they can use these abilities. A shame that there are a limited number of opponents who you can put them up against, but hey the idea of Darth Plagueis vs Darth Nihilus would seem like a fun idea. Another theory I have is using consume essence (so Emperor's Wrath Lord Scourge) could work. Sion and Nihilius are overflowing with dark force power (Sion is held together and Nihilus is a wound in the Force) and Scourge can continuously feed upon it. Making it a Mace Windu vs Palpatine kind of situation. As for Nihilus, I believe Scourge can consume him as fast as Nihilus drains. Final theory deals with only Darth Sion. Can a powerful enough telepath use telepathy and force him to die (so what the Jedi Exile did to him by force)? Idk which telepath is strong enough to pull it off and it probably wouldn't work but again, these are theories I have. Feel free to disagree with them.
Nihilus has almost infinite reserves of power, but he simply cannot sustain his own life without feeding. Trying to force drain him would not work, as he is basically a black hole, feeding off of his essence would likely fail, as he is a wound in the force tainted by what happened on Malachor, it would likely kill the user trying to drain his essence. As for Sion, Vitiate could likely control him into killing himself, but no one else in the series has shown much capability of telepathy on that magnitude. Imprisoning Sion would basically just be a slight measure, the dude is immortal, so he'll outlive you, and probably the prison he's held in. He'll win either way.
Sherlock Holmes But for Sion, his life is sustained by the Force. If you use sever force (Nomi Sunrider can use this) Sion would die because he is alive due to the force. Without it. He's basically nothing.
Sherlock Holmes I know it would be incredibly difficult to do in the middle of combat but if someone like Nomi Sunrider pulled it off, I do think at least Sion would die. Nihillus...ehhh Nomi would need to be off the battlefield and stay the fuck away from him. But if she does that then I think she could kill him (nothing but a mask for a body). He is a wound in the force, without it he is nothing.
Rob George You cannot cut off a wound in the force that easily. Meetra was cut off twice, once by herself, and still regained her connection extraordinarily quickly, and often even stronger than before. Nihilus would not be different.
Don't get why people assume Nihilus should be on here. It was never explicitly stated he was invincible or anything. Those with a higher affinity and mastery of the force(Luke, Yoda, Sidious, just about any PT council member) could pretty much handle him no issue. I'm also of the belief that the PT era Jedi and Sith would essentially wipe the floor with any Old Republic era Jedi/Sith, due to advancements of teachings and generations of Jedi and Sith becoming more and more advanced. It would only make sense. But of course there would still be the people that think Revan would beat everyone with his eyes closed and hands tied behind his back. If anything, GM Luke(Legends, obviously) should be top spot. Talk about OP. At that point, there's like MAYBE two people that could contend with him. Sidious and Abeloth. And even then, Sidious would still be beaten. Abeloth would be the better match up.

Multiple sources in Legends repeatedly peg Darth Sidious as the most powerful Sith Lord in Galactic history, and one who mastered the techniques and powers of all the Sith to have ever come before him. Sidious is pretty much the only Sith who could create true Force Storms without the need of a ritual, could obliterate whole armies with Force Lightning, could drain the life of entire planets at will, and duel equally with Yoda-- one who was considered the greatest swordsman in the history of the Jedi Order.
***** Honestly? Yeah, he probably could. Palpatin's taken on multiple opponents AND armies on varying occasions. During his apprenticeship under Plagueis, part of his training WAS fighting an army. Considering Sidious basically one shot two of the best swordsmen in the Jedi Order, and killed a third seconds thereafter, anything less than a duelist of Kit Fisto's ability is less than Cannon Fodder to Sidious. And given Sidious's speed (so fast that even trained Jedi cannot actually see his movement at his top speeds), yeah. I could see it. This is ignoring his prominent aptitude with the Force, and displays of power like Force Storm.
Darth Kryat and Sidious both trained well and hard Sidious with allot of training has 20k+ Midichlorians while Kryat has 10k+ Midichlorians with allot of traning

+Brandon Derive Yeah I'm assuming so. Though a non-evil Anakin would have far more sparing partners and ways to refine his technique. It would be a close battle but I don't think anyone could match a fully realized Anakin, dueling or otherwise. The closest glimpse of how dominating he would be is the last battle with Dooku.

Scion would be a dope vs match. It's like Hidan in Naruto. Assuming he keeps in hating, you gotta be skilled or powerful enough to dismember/decapitate him or he'll just eventually outlast you until you lose. Scion vs Obi Wan (prime level) would be sick. You are wrong on Darth Nihlius. He didn't fail to drain The Exile and Visas because of a 'resistance to Force Drain'. He failed to drain them because the Exile was a wound in the Force (a literal absence where there was nothing for him to feed upon), and Visas was bonding to him (meaning that draining her life could kill him). There was an entire PLANET of Jedi on the level of Mace, Obi-Wan and Yoda, and ALL of them died to him despite seeing him coming. The only other people ever recorded to have 'survived' Nihlius would be Sion and Traya, both practitioners (or at least likely in Traya's case) of the 'Sith Pain Healing' ability, which enables them to will themselves back to life even if brought to the point of death by focusing on their pain. Without one of these three traits (having the Exile's Force Wound, being bonded to him, or having the Sith Healing technique to revive yourself), EVERYONE would fail against Nihlius.

+EvanNova95 Few things. I'm surprised the Dread Masters didn't make the list. They were said to be extremely powerful servants just below emperor Vitiate. Your thoughts on Darth Mar if he could/couldn't be used in a versus series match. For the Hero of Tython, there's also the Barsen'thor which was supposed to be very powerful in the force. I think the styles of combat are actually known for Hero of Tython(I don't know if you play the game now or not.) There's three forms commonly used, sorensu for tanking, shien for guardian dps, and then there's sentinel with either juyo or ataru. Could the Hero of Tython not be trained in all four combat stances or assumed he/she does?

If you rewatch the episode you will hear the father state that the son and him are tied in power and immortality so when the father stabbed himself he took the sons imortality. Pretty much the only way to kill them Is with the blade of Mortis and the realm was the only place the father could suppress his kids, the father stated if his children escaped they would literally have the power to destroy the entire universe, it's the whole reason he brought them there in the first place. They once lived in the normal universe but as they got older the children started to grow in power and the son was already going down a dark path so it was only a matter of time before he used it to eradicate everything, and even if you use the blade of Mortis to kill them their bodies disappear so I am assuming they became force ghost so they aren't even dead. They are literally the gods of Star Wars.
Nihilus only lost simply due to the Exile having the same affliction. Being on Malachor, and feeling the death, and surviving. They were black holes, absorbing the force. Otherwise, Nihilus will consume and annihilate everything that fights him. It wasn't draining life that kept him strong, it was literally eating the force. It was stated that feeding on Telos would weaken him, because there are no Jedi there. When the Jedi were gone, he would feed upon the Sith. Kreia herself mentioned that Nihilus possessed techniques that could not be defended against.
+Sherlock Holmes People like to ignore this because it isn't conventional Star Wars. Nihilus was not supposed to be viewed as a Force User, he was supposed to be seen as an abomination. People like to boil the Exile and Nihilus down to a collection of feats and abilities, when a lot of them don't really apply.
Considering KOTOR II was very much about questioning traditional Star Wars, I really think most misunderstand Nihilus. If you view him as a Sith Lord with abilities akin to those a human/other sentient might have, I think you've already made a mistake.

Nihilus' force drain has never been shown to be resisted. Meetra never resisted his Force drain, she just didn't have her own Force energy for him to feed off of. Meetra's Force connection was dependent on those around her. So for Nihilus to try to feed off of her, he essentially would be just recycling his own Force energy, which is already not enough to sustain his power and body. Scion couldn't resist him. Kreia couldn't resist him. All of the Jedi Masters of that era had no choice but to hide from him and his hunger. Literally the only way to withstand his drain is to essentially not have a natural connection to the Force at all.

My thoughts exactly. When I saw that #2 was the Jedi Knight class/Hero of Tython my first thought was like "That's just not fair, Evan. Not fair at all."
Though I would have used the Sith Warrior/Emperor's Wrath (player version not Lord Scourge) instead of the Knight.
Reason behind is that the Warrior storyline has the most connection with the other classes imo. Your named the Emperor's Wrath after Scourge's betrayal to help the Knight/Hero of Tython and later Empire's Wrath after Vitiate "dies" and the comes back and devours Ziost.
Then again, I'm somewhat biased because I just love the Warrior's combat abilities and is my 1st favorite Force user storyline and 3rd favorite counting non Force users after the Agent and Smuggler stories.

For marka ragnos; he lived in an era where the sith were more focused on their force powers rather than their sword skills and I believe it was already stated that he wasn’t a very skilled swordsman and there were only 2 confirmed forms; shii cho and makeshi. Let’s not forget that marka ragnos wasn’t well known for his skills as a swordsman rather he was well known for his strength in the force.
I also view his weaknesses also being at least partly due to having being recently resurrected and taking a body that was not his own which - even though I'm unsure of how essence transfer effects the one being transferred immediately after it occurs - often leaves beings disorientated across several sci-fi universes where the ability/technology to do so exists.
Jedi Spartan 38 this is also true; his original body was for strength oriented attacks and extreme durability. Since he took over someone else’s body (I don’t remember the her name) he had difficulty compensating for his lack of strength and ridiculously high dexterity.

The only character I think could even hold a candle to any of the Ones (Certainly not Abeloth though) would be Vitiate in his prime, but even then, I don't think there's enough material on Vitiate to justify that. Most of what we know about the Sith Emperor is told through everyone fearing him. Yes, he drained Ziost, but that required setup. Outside of that, there really isn't much to demonstrate Vitiate's actual upper limits of power.
tulak hord was actually known for being a strong duelist for having defeated and chained to his will the dashadd khem val, they also battled together at Yn and Chabosh, where it is said that Khem Val ( a force user eater ) has eaten over a thousand jedi, seeying as how the dashadd was the servant of tulak hord we could easily imagine that they fought side by side as they killed all those jedi's... there are also story's about a sith conflict between tulak hord and the lord kallig (one of the most powerful sith lords of his time)

Have you ever even played KOTOR 2? Your assessment of Darth Nihilus is completely wrong. Yes he must feed to survive but it isn't something that kills him instantly during a fight if he can't feed. Darth Nihilus is also NOT ALIVE. He is considered some kind of undead sith. The way the Exile defeated him was the fact he/she was a wound in the force, a dark hole. Basically the Exile reversed Nihilus' draining presence and was feeding off of him instead. Nihilus' drain power wasn't your average drain either. He could drain the life from A PLANET by just being nearby.
You are right in the assessment he's unbalanced (or op whatever you want to say). He was a very interesting character in KOTOR 2 but not a very good one when using him to vs another force user. The other user would have to be a wound in the force like the Exile in order to beat him. Otherwise they don't stand a chance.

Well I'd also like to add that he had other powers as well. He used things like force wave, force lightning, he held his star ship together with the force, mind controlled everyone on it, and was only killed because 2 of the 3 people invading his ship were wounds. Not actually saying I like Nihilus people just practically never assess him properly.

Sion IS NOT unkillable. The dialogue in the game heavily implies he is only immortal on dark side nexuses.

It's safe to assume if immortality was only at the Dark Side nexuses then he'd be dead the moment he left and just fall apart.
Wait a min, I just realized you can use Odan Urr in a versus match. Obviously you cant use him in a full versus match, you can use him in a versus short with the main decision being physical, unarmed combat, tactics and force abilities. Odan Urr vs Volfe but Volfe cant use his lightsaber (not that it matters that much), Jorrus C'Baoth, Vititate, Sidious (don't think that Odan Urr could win but definitely contend), etc.

there *was* consistency when it came to defeating The Son if you look at the situation closely.. he *could* only be killed by the dagger up until the point he was weakened *and* caught by surprise through his own distracting emotions, which gave Anakin the opening he needed for the killing thrust

bruh, love your videos, you were the guy that inspired me to begin working on my own VS videos (have only a few recordings at the moment, no videos).
But if I may make a suggestion, please, talk a bit faster, with fewer unnecessary pauses. Maybe that's your style and everything, but it's really hard to sit through 1 hour videos and waiting 25 minutes to get to the meat and potatoes. At least the character intros could be a bit shorter.Again, the content is awesome I don't have any complaints on content :P but if you were to make them 20 mins shorter (by talking faster or editing out long pauses) it would be awesome (for me and others that have constricted leisure time)

Darth Bane is susceptible to lightsaber strikes on places like his wrist while wearing the Orbalisk armor BUT the damaged area regenerates within seconds. Also when Darth Bane was fighting against Raskta Lsu (who is a battle master), Valenthyne Farfalla and Johun Othone he was able to dodge Raskta's attempt at stabbing his face and was able to fend them all off at the same time.
This was a cool video man. Too bad for the characters that can't be used some of them are pretty great characters. one thing I would like to say about the orbalisk armor bane vs bane at the end of this life argument is that he chose to rid him self of the armor implying that he even thought he would be better off without it
Too bad about Odan-Urr, I imagine lots of people would like to see him take on Yoda or other powerful Sith Lords. According to the Jedi Academy Handbook from the SWRPG, we are indeed aware of his powers and abilities. To address combat, it indicates he has no form learned however, I would surmise that he at least has Form I learned (but maybe not mastered). Form II could be possible as well but considering his background, I would imagine he only bothered learning the basics. As for the other forms, most aren't likely developed yet (I'm not sure about Form III's time of development).
Odan-Urr could be possible in a vs. series, but only if the imagination was stretched a bit, but it would also become a controversial debate.
Odan urr was the master yoda of the old republic very powerful skilled acknowledged of the force, exar kun happens to be far too powerful for any jedi or sith of that era he was even more powerful than vitiate
To me, Anakin killing the Son with the lightsaber actually makes perfect sense!
Let’s break it down:
Under normal circumstances, the Ones are IMMUNE to most forms of physical injury, including wounds inflicted by lightsabers! As shown in the episode 'Overlords', the Son can simply turn off lightsabers with the Force by a simple flick of the wrist as he did in his first confrontation with Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. While in his first confrontation with Anakin, the Father GRABS THE BLADE OF HIS LIGHTSABER WITH HIS BARE HAND AND PUSHES IT BACK INTO ITS HILT. If the Ones could be harmed or killed in any fashion, it could only happen in TWO ways in the Star Wars universe: They would either have to get stabbed by the Dagger or bested by someone who possessed an equal, if not, superior strength in the Force than them.
Equal or Superior Power in the Force:
In 'Overlords', Anakin was able to force the Son AND the Daughter into submitting defeat through his powers as the 'Chosen One'. Even in the episode 'Altar of Mortis', the Ones can be harmed by the Son's Force Lightning, even if it doesn't kill them.
Stabbed by the Dagger:
In the span of most of its three episodes, the Mortis story arc does a good job of explaining how the Dagger works and how it can affect the Ones.
In the climax of ‘Altar of Mortis’, the duel between the Son and the Daughter ends in a draw, emphasizing how they are both equals in the Force as respective embodiments of the Dark Side and the Light Side.
By this logic: if the Daughter can be killed by the Dagger, so can the Son and the Father as shown in the story arc’s final episode ‘Ghosts of Mortis’!
While the Daughter and the Son respectively personify the Light and the Dark, the Father embodies the necessary Balance between the two opposing sides. It's a perfect analogy that ties into the ancient concept of Yin and Yang, a state of equilibrium that must be maintained in order to prevent chaos from ensuing if one side overtakes the other or if their conflict becomes too destructive to the bystanders and environment around them! This could be a logical reason as to why they all live on Mortis, which is not only a physical manifestation of the Force itself, but it is also a metaphysical realm that exists outside the boundaries of space and time! Therefore, making it the perfect place for the Ones to call home and to ensure that no galaxy of any kind is subjected to the potential destruction of any of their conflicts. In ‘Overlords’, The Father CONFIRMS THIS to Anakin as the EXACT REASON WHY THEY LIVE THERE!

"And a prison. You cannot imagine what pain it is to have such love for your children and realize they could tear the very fabric of our universe."
Once we’ve reached the climax of ‘Ghosts of Mortis’, the Son has become more powerful with the Daughter’s death and the Father’s frailty. The Father taking these truths into account, knows that the only way to stop his Son is to kill himself: “You and I are tied together, and your strength runs through me. This way, I TAKE YOUR POWER.”
And with this final act, the Father sacrifices himself, not only rendering his Son powerless but making him just as frail as any mortal. It’s a very fitting end for the Son to be undermined by the very same Father he mocked for being “weak” and “frail”.

Yeah I know this versus has been done but I am sure a lot of people would disagree with the result including me. Lastly on the subject of Lord Hord, he was renowned not simply as a great/legendary duelist but the greatest. It is only reputation, however when that stems from statements made by people like Darth Traya, it is typically worth its weight in gold. Just my 2 cents being a huge fan.

Ok. So I have a theory on how to kill Nihilus or Sion. Which is using midi-chlorian manipulation or Sever Force. Nihilus is nothing more than mask for a body and he has an existence due to being a wound in the force. Darth Sion is being held together by nothing more than the force. So if the lose their connection to the Force, then both of them are gonna either be gone from existence or just fall apart. Its for these reasons I believe you can use Darth Nihilus or Darth Sion against Darth Plagueis, Nomi Sunrider, Odan-Urr, or Thon because they can use these abilities. A shame that there are a limited number of opponents who you can put them up against, but hey the idea of Darth Plagueis vs Darth Nihilus would seem like a fun idea. Another theory I have is using consume essence (so Emperor's Wrath Lord Scourge) could work. Sion and Nihilius are overflowing with dark force power (Sion is held together and Nihilus is a wound in the Force) and Scourge can continuously feed upon it. Making it a Mace Windu vs Palpatine kind of situation. As for Nihilus, I believe Scourge can consume him as fast as Nihilus drains. Final theory deals with only Darth Sion. Can a powerful enough telepath use telepathy and force him to die (so what the Jedi Exile did to him by force)? Idk which telepath is strong enough to pull it off and it probably wouldn't work but again, these are theories I have. Feel free to disagree with them.
Nihilus has almost infinite reserves of power, but he simply cannot sustain his own life without feeding. Trying to force drain him would not work, as he is basically a black hole, feeding off of his essence would likely fail, as he is a wound in the force tainted by what happened on Malachor, it would likely kill the user trying to drain his essence. As for Sion, Vitiate could likely control him into killing himself, but no one else in the series has shown much capability of telepathy on that magnitude. Imprisoning Sion would basically just be a slight measure, the dude is immortal, so he'll outlive you, and probably the prison he's held in. He'll win either way.
Sherlock Holmes But for Sion, his life is sustained by the Force. If you use sever force (Nomi Sunrider can use this) Sion would die because he is alive due to the force. Without it. He's basically nothing.

He is a wound in the force, without it he is nothing.
Rob George You cannot cut off a wound in the force that easily. Meetra was cut off twice, once by herself, and still regained her connection extraordinarily quickly, and often even stronger than before. Nihilus would not be different.

Don't get why people assume Nihilus should be on here. It was never explicitly stated he was invincible or anything. Those with a higher affinity and mastery of the force(Luke, Yoda, Sidious, just about any PT council member) could pretty much handle him no issue. I'm also of the belief that the PT era Jedi and Sith would essentially wipe the floor with any Old Republic era Jedi/Sith, due to advancements of teachings and generations of Jedi and Sith becoming more and more advanced. It would only make sense. But of course there would still be the people that think Revan would beat everyone with his eyes closed and hands tied behind his back.
If anything, GM Luke(Legends, obviously) should be top spot. Talk about OP. At that point, there's like MAYBE two people that could contend with him. Sidious and Abeloth. And even then, Sidious would still be beaten. Abeloth would be the better match up.

Multiple sources in Legends repeatedly peg Darth Sidious as the most powerful Sith Lord in Galactic history, and one who mastered the techniques and powers of all the Sith to have ever come before him. Sidious is pretty much the only Sith who could create true Force Storms without the need of a ritual, could obliterate whole armies with Force Lightning, could drain the life of entire planets at will, and duel equally with Yoda-- one who was considered the greatest swordsman in the history of the Jedi Order.

Considering Sidious basically one shot two of the best swordsmen in the Jedi Order, and killed a third seconds thereafter, anything less than a duelist of Kit Fisto's ability is less than Cannon Fodder to Sidious. And given Sidious's speed (so fast that even trained Jedi cannot actually see his movement at his top speeds), yeah. I could see it.
This is ignoring his prominent aptitude with the Force, and displays of power like Force Storm.
Darth Kryat and Sidious both trained well and hard Sidious with allot of training has 20k+ Midichlorians while Kryat has 10k+ Midichlorians with allot of traning

You should make a video list (top 10 if you wish) of Jedi/Sith with the spiritual or mental fortitude to resist Nihilus' force drain; unless that would muddy future versus videos involving him. Better yet, perhaps it can be a podcast discussion, he is as you've said one of the three pillars of the Dark Side, Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Evil.
Scion would be a dope vs match. It's like Hidan in Naruto. Assuming he keeps in hating, you gotta be skilled or powerful enough to dismember/decapitate him or he'll just eventually outlast you until you lose. Scion vs Obi Wan (prime level) would be sick. i have 2 video ideas evan nova 95. one is doing a video of all the characters you will not be using so everyone knows what not to majorly ask for.(well as long as most fans have watched the video.) this could also be expanded to the rest of the council cast as well. and 2 doing a video of a duel, like what maul had with pre vizsla but with other mandalorians or non force usuers to see how they would have stood up to him in that kind of man to man(or woman) duel. say like jango fett or boba fett or cad bane.

You are wrong on Darth Nihlius. He didn't fail to drain The Exile and Visas because of a 'resistance to Force Drain'. He failed to drain them because the Exile was a wound in the Force (a literal absence where there was nothing for him to feed upon), and Visas was bonding to him (meaning that draining her life could kill him).
There was an entire PLANET of Jedi on the level of Mace, Obi-Wan and Yoda, and ALL of them died to him despite seeing him coming. The only other people ever recorded to have 'survived' Nihlius would be Sion and Traya, both practitioners (or at least likely in Traya's case) of the 'Sith Pain Healing' ability, which enables them to will themselves back to life even if brought to the point of death by focusing on their pain.
Without one of these three traits (having the Exile's Force Wound, being bonded to him, or having the Sith Healing technique to revive yourself), EVERYONE would fail against Nihlius.
