today's video will show you how to adjust a clutch on a motorized bike. it can be very annoying when this happens but most of the time it's easy to fix.
Nope I covered this topic more times than I can count. This bike has never had overheating issues because the engine still gets air flow when I ride my bike because there is enough space in between the panels for air to get in.
Yeah there’s really no need to buy a clutch specific cable. Brake cables are built better and are thicker than the standard chain cables so if you oil them when they get replaced, it will never snap or break on you again.
@@Littleevil9975 thanks for shouting him out on your channel evil how i found out about him good to see members of this hobby shouting each other out instead of trash talking each other great job to both of you's
Could I put something like that panel thing you have on the side of your bike on my bike or would I have to make something to hide the other stuff where it’s out of the way
I just noticed those BT80 engines only have two mounting studs on the front, and two on the back, mine has four 6mm mounting-studs on the front, and four on the back, does yours have the exhaust with the round copper gasket that you can turn in any direction?, yours looks like a regular China-girl case with a BT80 cylinder on it, the electric-start engines are completely different cases than the China-girls, I've always thought I'd maybe like to do a regular clutch on one of mine BT engines, now I'm really doubting it, :-(
Don't you have trouble with the plastic pieces that are so close to the engine getting too hot?, awesome video, thanks for sharing.

Nope the cdi is routed the same way. The wires are to! It takes some skill to make them tho.
