The jet that’s in my nt carb doesn’t fit into the hp carb
where did you buy the muffler hose can i have the link and name of that thing
Hello 👋 from Windsor Ontario I have a felt faker. Same thing as what you have just a different name with an Avenger 85 motor on it. Thanks for the video happy riding
Martinez Robert Anderson Scott Thompson Betty
Good evening young man. I've been enjoying your videos for a few years now, much respect for your skills and attention to the details. If it's OK, I'd like to ask you about my h p carburetor. I'm running a lightly ported 66cc motor with an OZ reed and a clone mz65exhaust. I believe my issue is the jetting, but I would appreciate your opinion. So my idle screw is mostly all the way in for the engine to idle. While starting the ride, I believe it's 4 stroking, until I give it about 3/4 throttle. During acceleration it runs/ sounds perfect. Once I'm cruising its OK, maybe just a little 4 stroking. There is really no low speed or low end performance. The jet doesn't have a number on it, so I can't say the size. Based on what I have told you, should I make a change to the jet and, if so ,go larger or smaller? Oh, one more thing: I was considering adding a length of hose between the reed case and carburetor. Would that help or hinder the performance? Thank you in advance for your help, and please keep up your excellent work! Take care Keegan.
great video low quality choices tho on products
So what you’re doing is reducing the inside diameter of the stinger on that expansion chamber? I’m confused as to why that provides any benefit. Or maybe I’m not understanding what you’re doing at all. Pls help me out here.
Keegan, that old short rod, short stroke crank, do the magnet shaft have a thicker diameter making it hard to even press fit a new magnet on the crank?
Hey, great video bud. Can you tell me what size jets you use? I have the same NT stock jet and need to buy new ones, but I don't know the dimensions. Can you please help?
Wicked vid mate
Love your work and videos, im learning a ton. Im on my 3rd engine build from ground up.
Chew sugar out of bubble gum and make a contacts lens out of the gum and put it in your eye if you ever get metal in it. Itll pull it right out. Saved me many times! Just fyi ;)
50:50? Bud if the AFR was 50:50 the cylinder would be flooded
@@masongrainger2271 I know that was a typo
i got a screwed combustion chamber lol i aint think thats possible to repair its crazy thats happening actually by me O.o
Was the v3 any good?
What is the name of the expansion chamber/i want a belly pipe for mine.i just haven’t been able to find one
Your changing to 5mm size jets is brilliant. Yes it works. Thank You.
@@larrylclappjr yup it works great pilot jets are harder to find for these
If you have skills, a Dremel tool, a caliper and a few cut off wheels you can cut the end off of a drill bit and make an offset woodruff key so as to avoid the slop in the rotation of the magnet. Trying to lock the magnet into place with the torque of tightening the nut down is a good way to strip the threads of the shaft. Or you can buy one for 15 dollars on fleebay. You can even hog out the 4 holes in the magneto with a chainsaw file or drill them out and shift the magneto forward just slightly.
@@garygrey8573 I did a video on putting bigger holes in the magneto
You are very thorough bro keep up the good work!
My bofeng emulsion tube and jet have a completely different thread size then my hp.
For 2 strokes I'd rather run a little rich and smoke a little than to ever run lean. Smells better to 😊
Exactly lean is mean
You get any benefit from putting your intake on the engine instead of the cylinder?
It’s the only way I can run this cylinder all it does is allow the intake to be open 24/7 and the reeds work way better.
Do you try other shapes for the window?
No just stuck to this one for the most part
I'm so new I haven't bought but I've dug into this stuff 3 different times & pretty deep. What I think we're seeing is 1-2 Chinese metal foundries making small engines & America might buy to race or a few ride but not like the Asian/S.American markets where lots must have them to travel to work. That said, there's 3-4 basic engines w/ a 2-3 options per engines plus whatever parts that go along w/ the setup you paid for. I'm not an expert but these aren't high quality, not saying you can't build one out & have a good experience but honestly they look rough.... be wise & talk to those who've seen the issues from these companies & I've seen a number from "B.Berry" but I've not had any issue b/c I have not bought yet. The reason I didn't buy yet is because things were not quality that I'd want before sinking my time & money into an adventure.... it would suck to break after a short time & I don't feel like the quality or value is in the equation yet. But hey, if I see any change I'll sure say it but I only speak for me & my money isn't going to them until they get better. peace
@@diggy-d8w lol I’ve been building these for 5 plus years and have done quite a few different engine combos I travel around with them all the time
Hey Keegan, I have no doubt in your ability & guess what.... I am at your channel b/c you do know what you're talking about. I've done some fairly deep diving on these but I know you've held them in your hands whist turning a wrench, then added fuel along w/ a spark ! Here I am trying to get to the info that only comes from someone like you & you said there's a lot of both good/bad reviews. I saw some really bad stuff but the worst was not standing behind their products. Anyhoo, I came here to make sure I get things right so I'll be asking some questions & I hope they don't sound too dumb to you. Thanks for the videos & your times posting up, I want ya to know I appreciate that & I don't mind spending money but I hate wasting it. When you say you "Travel" around >> you mean you use these zipping around your town? I see you have a lot of videos so I'l try to jump in somewhere & I'll probably ask questions.... chat soon, peace & GB
Is the piston supposed to slide side to side on the pin?
The “jug” itself keeps everything lined up what you don’t want is side to side play in the crank
Please tell me where i can pick up those blue yamaha fzr parts i want to use those for a new build that looks cool as hell
I made them they were not bought…

@@keeganhache6667 yo could that fit most bicycle frames? Would love to buy those parts from you if your able to make them again would love to use it for a build
Yo .. can you send me links on whwre you bought yhose yamah parts, thats for a bicycle correct?
Bought a new kit and it don’t work ran once but no spark floods what I do I tried
Ok well if It has no spark I would check the magneto and cdi with a multimeter

@@a.m.bgarage.everydayprojec9665 I guess you could call it that lol
Mr. Keegan, is it hard to add a "Triple Tree" front suspension to a regular bicycle for building a little bike? This one looks like it's specific for like a racing application although I guess you could ride around town on it..... Or maybe not? I'm toying w/ this idea that I can find a bicycle frame on side of the road & hopefully build it from there? I know it can be done.... lol, I'm just not very sure if I can bring it to fruition? Do you know a good site for getting what you need like a frame/engine in one spot or I guess I should ask you how you'd suggest getting into this? I won't race, I'd like something for running around town & it would need a basket or rack on back - a utilitarian build? Anyway, I've been waiting on new videos from you & I'll be digging thru old ones as I'm betting you got it ALL out there? Have any FAV Links for people like me? Hey, I do thank you Sir. peace

Just ask on fb
I wan't advice. Please tell me that C3 toleration ball bearing for Higher temperatures for crankshaft is necesary or not. Thanks you
Very well done 🎉🎉🎉🎉

My squish band was 2.5mm stock on my new Zeda 80 firestorm. I found a thinner base gasket that brought it down .2mm and sanded the top of the cylinder by hand to a .7mm squish. My other Zeda 80 was 2mm and the best improvement I did to it was a .7 squish. It would never hit the pipe before that. I bought the California Motorbikes GTZ cylinder kit and a windowed piston. But your video let me know I may have a problem. I can see the windows at BDC.
Yup you will loose a bit of case pressure if it’s set up like that
anyone knwo what i do, if i give it full thrttle it just dies
Im getting the 4th generation grubee cdi tomorrow and going to do exactly what you did nut eant to make sure i do it right
So all I gotta do is drill those holes out bigger and make sure my magnet is sitting the same way you had it?
Yes
is a 62 jet on a 80cc with hp carb and a expansion pipe… too lean? if I got to a 65-70 is chugs on the top of throttle does that mean it’s running to rich or 4 stroking ?
I need help how can I contact you
