Holy shit you can sell the case scrap aluminium I noticed that crank isn't a balanced crank or it would have 4 holes instead of 2 I have to replace the crank bearings in my minaralli so I'll be tearing my engine all the way down again just like yours is now and hopefully I don't break the case good luck raoul with your project there skip is sapossod to go live tonight just letting you know
@@mikemiller3303 yeah see my niece's motor came from Motor life something web site I tried to order one from their but my prepaid card was declined so I ordered one from bicycle-engines.com and instead of a new motorized bicycle engine they gave me someone else returned garbage I didn't know that until I noticed a crack in the engine case near where you hook up the chain guard and shit so yea my other phantom menace 85 is still on my bike
If I was you, I would not use any of them old parts. Start with a brand-new engine of your choice and go through it, by taking it completely apart replace parts that have counter high performance parts rebuilding and make sure you use a rebuilding oil on all internal parts. Because looking at that crank case, it shouldn't' had to do that kind of damage to it. I don't understand why and how, unless your arsenal of tools is very limited. But yeah, if it was me, I would start all over again with an engine, tear it all down and research the best parts to use.
I was gonna try and chop the top off myself but im sure id have it jacked up
Rebuilding a new motorized bicycle engine
