Doing this with 5lbs and finishing with a 20 min brisk walk outside. Started with struggling thru walk and tones and now im here for a push. Full on lifting and getting stronger daily. Thank you for amazing vids

I really like some of it and have googled the main spanish catch words but cannot seem to come up with anything. Names of the tunes and artist name would be great and I can look them up. Thanks!

I did this and day 6 of the ab challenge wasn’t focused on calorie burn but my form especially since I was using 15 and 20 pound weights my arms are on 🔥🔥🔥 😂😂 another good one! Thanks ❤️
@@aparnatripathi4624 That's the best thing you could do. 2 kg is where I started. Then I upped my game to 4 kg, and then to 6kg. Now that I have all these options, I adapt the weight to the exercise I perform.
