I thought they were discontinuing the Avalanche? They were showing the midgate on the pickup model now. And these are not designed for the worksite, they are designed for the urban user hauling items like furniture, and used like an SUV.
And another thing... 455 hp out of a 6.2l V8 is touted in this 'camaro'. uh, TEN years ago, Audi was getting 450HP out of just a 4.2l N/A v8. GM is far behind in engine development and that will continue to undermine whatever they offer.
Yeah, that same 4.2 you speak of great til you own one. The engine out service to replace the insane timing chain(s) configuration is ridiculous. As where in the 6.2 the single front mounted timing chain will go at least 200k mile before it "might" need to be replaced
But that was metric HP that the audi claimed! When red line performance Dinoed the 6.2, it burnt up their 700 metic HP Dino. Remember apples to apples!
No thanks, I'll keep my 6000 dollar 1986 Nissan d21 Hardbody. It's mint condition. I can work on it. Not paying 3000 dollars for a water pump when warranty runs out and have to take half the truck apart. I left gm years ago because of their stupidity. Oh and my 2004 Titan has 310,000 miles. Everyone I know with a Chevy from 2008 has either blown motor or lost transmission under 200,000. No thanks. Every brand has its gems in certain years. Do your research. GM I'm out. You suck
Usual GM as of late ... hi-end products for 1% of the buyers ... GM completely forgets the other 99% of the market that is looking for vehicles both car an truck in the $23K to $28K price range.
GM sales are in continuos decline. The ir peak was when they sold 10.1 million cars afew years ago. Now they hope to sell 6M cars. So they have 40% excess capacity. Sverasl plant closings are in the near future combined with thousands of layoff. The ev sales continjues to climb while for each ev sold there is one less sale of an ICE car. No "new" models can retard the switch. The ev is vastly a superior technology with now less cost to buy than ICE cars, more reliability, and almost no maintenance. They are wasting time on all those models.
What all tree should do is make a good front wheel drive 4 cylinder car / SUV good on Gas or electric if you want dependable 200,000. Vehicle under 20,000 dollars it will blow all the other sales away
So where are the 6 models that’s supposed to destroy the competition? Lol
Oh ya did you ever pay all the bail out money you owe America
The avalanche is not new. They throw on some different sloppy plastic cladding and call it new. It's a Silverado with $200 worth of plastic add-ons.

GM STILL is not listening to have lower prices for people who can’t afford this however, the new 2025 looks better
Where is an inexpensive vehicle like the Japanese KEI cars?

Are these vehicles to be made in the USA or some place else?

Overpriced junk let it rot
I don’t think so how much are all of these going to cost
uh, and they had already announced the demise-forever- of the Camaro. Is this an April Fool joke delivered many months early? Or what?
I guess the price is the biggest stumbling block.

Once again, the General fails to deliver.
Laughable propaganda. Leave it to GM to name a vehicle after a natural disaster....
