This is era of budget home. Perhaps 28 lakhs is not budget home for middle class people. Now the new generation start to think. A good majority r not willing to spend more than 25 lakhs (excluding land ) for a home any more.. home is liability . U do not have any returns . Cos its doesnt make sense to do a dead investment on a house and take huge loan .. the current generations are much educated. There r lot of alternative materials available compare to 15 years ago. All u need is a good designer who can understand ur needs.. Yes there r still people who spend crores for houses that is only just top 20% of kerala population but 80% are middle class with a family of 4 to 6 people max . So u dont practically require a 4000 sqft house rather a 2200 sqft will be very good enough.. This house is a good design and theme . Pls bring in western /australian / indonesian bali style design in kerala and redesign to suit our climate or some new design themes with lot of greenery
