I know this practice is for tired feet, but all of me was pretty tired before this practice. I did a massive walk yesterday, and boy am I feeling it today, so this yoga practice was a must have this morning. Thank you Adriene, for this calm, and gentle start to my day. That's great! I actually almost cried while doing cobbler's pose, but that's okay, I've been feeling a little low today. But it kinda makes sense about the emotions in our hips. Have a nice rest of the day :D

❤ Yesterday I did the Breathwork and the Stilness practice and I believe I have done all the practices since January after some six months interruption last year because of a surgery and illness. I was appalled at first by how much I had lost, but then I was impressed by how far I had gone practicing for years -since 2013 I believe - with Adriene. I am catching up again, and I’m so grateful! ❤

I just love legs up the wall so much!!! I spent the entire day walking and shuffling along in a big mall for the first time in forever and my feet were killing me when I got home. Now they feel so light, up the wall, like I'm the one carrying them for once. To thank them for always carrying me. Thank you Adriene 💜

I have an event, a Walking Marathon, in three months. Somehow during training I got a terrible, excruciating plantar fasciitis in one of my feet. After six painful weeks this is my first day back and this practice felt great. Thanks, Adriene!

I came to your page to watch one of your night time wind down videos after a long busy shift in the NICU, after thinking how tired and sore and swollen my feet were and elevating them for a few minutes.. then I see this one right at the top - how perfect!! The arch massage was lovely, and the toe and arch stretches will help my plantar fasciitis so much. Thanks as always for another lovely and perfect video! ❤❤ They never fail to make me smile. 😊

Thank you so much. I started watching your videos 2 weeks ago and have been doing yoga daily for 30 mins since. I have never felt so good.
I'm currently recovering from a broken ankle and at the stage where I'm slowly working towards getting some mobility back and putting a little weight on it. I've been trying to figure out what I can do to get back into my yoga practice while being incredibly careful and gentle with my injury. This is exactly what I needed, I surprised myself when I realized I was able to do everything as long as I was careful. Thank you!!
