With an Xbox controller, throttle seems to start registering at ~80% of trigger pull, makes it very difficult to fine tune the revs to start, or to regulate the throttling strength mid-race, what config should be modified to make it more progressive?

I have aPS5 dual sense controller, but I can not change the brake control position from L2, is it possible to do? And is it possible to change steering control to tilt as in GT7?

Thanks for the tips. The steering linearity set to 5 gives it a closer feel to dirt rally 2. Less oversteering n more control 👍
Mmm, your settings do not really apply for the ps5 dualsense. It makes it feel very sluggish and there seems to be a delay. I’ve got my settings on sensitivity 75 and liniarity on 2

Xbox elite 2: steering sensivity 19 ; steering linearity 2 . total control of the car without nervous corrections due to too much sensitivity. Hardcore career, zero HUD, AI level 80 and I won the junior WRC championship

@@akimbo5u after the last update I did some tests and switched to sensitivity 17 and linearity 4. However, for decent stability without steering problems you need to adjust the sensitivity between 15 and 20, and the linearity between 2 and 4. It took me a morning to find a decent balance that allows good handling for controlling any car

What?? I lowerd the sensitivity to 20, 50 is too high. How the hell u going to 55??

you are going for precision, he is going for responsiveness.
@@MrRay168 Turning down the sensitivity does not increase precision. But it actually reduces responsiveness because the steering wheel turns more slowly.

@@nothingEvil101 100 is good, but I recommend you try a linearity of 4 with less dead zone.
I really want to enjoy the game but the ai hope they fix it and 9 stages on max length wtf
What's the issues with the ai? Just playing on trial yet to decide if to buy.
@@mrFenwick76 very inconsistent from stage to stage also seems like they have more grip than the player in low speed sections but high is the opposite

steering deadzone 0-2

@@Nickoboss29 Then you might have too much dead zone. You can find this with "Steer Left" and "Steer Right".
