    I’m going to do this 3 weeks straights every day I’ll update progress.
    Update: I pushed for 1 months, then two months so sorry for the wait my abs feel like steel and I also have been motivated to do more stuff so thank you so much for this video and god bless you

      @@rayyan7808 it’s only been 2 days. But my abdomen has gotten tighter while my chest is slowly rises. ( I however am very active and have prior have been working out(

    Ok i ll do this for month (plz like my comment so i can come back)
    Day 1 done quite uncomfortable and hard but will get through this
    Day 2 done much better than day 1

    Im going to do this for straight 1 month daily update
    Day 1- it was somewhat hard and even my stomach hurts but dont worry I completee my first day
    Day 2- My stomach still hurts but i cant give up amd day 2 completed
    DAY 3- I CAN DO ALL OF THEM PROPERLY NOW
    DAY 4- IM GETTING USED TO IT 🎉
    Day 5- i can easily do them all
    Day 6- i did slightly change in the last exercise and change to plant 45 secs
    Day7- the abs slowly start developing
    Day8- This is now part of my daily workout
    Day9- I got cramp soo bad but still completed it
    Day 10- I can feel em
    Day 11-still working out
    Day 12 - Still working

    Starting Today,
    DAY 1 went mid, stomach hurts
    DAY 2 stomach still hurting, exercises were quite easier than yesterday
    DAY 3 pain ended. Gains began

      I've been workout for 8 month but at least I got huge pectorals now but I'm struggling to get abs but I won't complain I will try if I made it to here I can go even further beyond 😎

    Bro, I have some questions how long until your abs show up, and do I need a diet and do this workouts?

      Depends on calorie deficit, look at prisoners they are always in a calorie deficit by about 200 calories meaning they constantly loose weight while training those muscles. I think a lot of people confuse going on a diet with calorie deficit also your abs usually take 5 - 6 months to show.

    I started two days ago but I will update it now
    Day 1 - the toes crunch is quite hard to do
    Day 2 - quite easy but the hollow body hold is hard
    Day - it's day 3 and I still can't do the hollow body hold my abs still not visible
    Day 4 - I still can't do the hollow body hold, but I have see the progress
    Day 5 - I skipped for one day
    Day 6 - I skipped again :p
    I'll update tomorrow see you soon 😁

    Iam goinh to do this for 1 month. Start today up to 26 december.
    Day 1: i feel like dyng. The leg raise and body hold attempted to kill me. My neck got involved, and before startint i was 78.9kg, now am 78.7❤😂😂.

    Okay ill try to do this everyday and give updates
    Day 1:I feel good and obviously no difference
    Day 2:okay now I see my upper abs and I feel like my fat has gone away.
    Day3: no change but still on track.
    Day 4: the abs Are sharper
    Day 5: i can see my lower abs slowly forming.
    Bro I'm iron man
