Im going to do this for straight 1 month daily update Day 1- it was somewhat hard and even my stomach hurts but dont worry I completee my first day Day 2- My stomach still hurts but i cant give up amd day 2 completed DAY 3- I CAN DO ALL OF THEM PROPERLY NOW DAY 4- IM GETTING USED TO IT 🎉 Day 5- i can easily do them all Day 6- i did slightly change in the last exercise and change to plant 45 secs Day7- the abs slowly start developing Day8- This is now part of my daily workout Day9- I got cramp soo bad but still completed it Day 10- I can feel em Day 11-still working out Day 12 - Still working
I've been workout for 8 month but at least I got huge pectorals now but I'm struggling to get abs but I won't complain I will try if I made it to here I can go even further beyond 😎

Depends on calorie deficit, look at prisoners they are always in a calorie deficit by about 200 calories meaning they constantly loose weight while training those muscles. I think a lot of people confuse going on a diet with calorie deficit also your abs usually take 5 - 6 months to show.
