Pasquale, my grandfather loved watching your videos, it reminded him so much of being at home. Unfortunately we lost him a couple months back so I figured I’d drop in and say thank you for giving him so many great recipes and reminding him of home in his later years!

I just discovered this man today while comparing Chicken Marsala recipes. His recipe came up at the top of the search and now I can't stop watching his clips. I love his energy he reminds me of my Abuela (my grandmother). I was one of the few grandkids that always made time to listen to her and learn from her. And she too would rant about seasonings and holding a knife properly 😂 Much love to this man for his passion he just earned a subscriber

I want to make this. Oregano is so healthy. Especially fresh oregano. Anti-viral. All the ingredients look so good.
Mmmmmmmm...yummy. I might have cut the anchovies into smaller pieces just so they spread out more evenly but very yummy.

@@HilaRah oregano is like mint, it grows and spreads like crazy.
I can smell that oregano from here, Pascuale! When you collect your herbs from your garden at the end of the season, I would love to see how you dehydrate and save them.

People should NOT fear the amazing anchovy!!! If only they knew how many favorites actually have them….. Cesar dressing, Worcestershire sauce, etc etc. just naming a few staples in families homes… give them a try. The good ones though. Thank you sir for showing everyone.

I’m garlic crazy but have never seen it used “fresh” in potato salad. This is definitely Italian potato salad which means I’d love it.
I do pretty much the same but I do not put anchovies and vinegar......my stomach can't take it. My mother taught me. Chef Pasquale, grazie mille........love watching your shows.......and have done many of your recipes.....
