I just saw this video a couple of days ago and yesterday I made it, it really is good, so loaded with flavor. I thought I had balsamic vinegar but discovered that I didn't, I looked up substitution for it and didn't have those things either. I searched my cupboard and just mixed a concoction of apple cider vinegar and a few shakes of port, it was pretty dang good. It's a wonderful salad, do try it. Oh yeah..thinly sliced salami is good in it.
