I made this tonight, without a doubt the best Chicken Breast I ever tasted. Truly remarkable how much flavor Prosciutto brings to the recipe. Italian cooking at its best, nobody knows how to get more flavor out of food with so little than the Italians. Thank you

I finally made this today after having it on my to-do list for 2 months and it was soooo good. The sauce was too thick so I added some water but otherwise made as written. So ooey gooey yummy with the cheese melting into the sauce plus the saltiness of the prosciutto. Just heavenly.
Just made it for dinner and was told this tasted "like food from an expensive restaurant!" It was deeeeelicious, thank you for sharing your beautiful recipes, Chef! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
