Don’t use this dumb 6 exercise chest workout. Many movements are useless and others just bad for aesthetics. There are only two heads of the chest the upper and lower there is no middle. Everyone’s lower chest is over developed and doing decline bench press and high to low flies will make it look saggy and ugly. Focus on the upper head with incline bench and you’ll be fine. If you use ppl split then on push day the only three chest exercises you need are flat bench, incline bench and some variation of flies. If someone makes up a whole head of the chest don’t listen to them

Best exercise for chest is working 8h a day as a builder!
My dad was a builder (retired now) and from my 14 to my 18 I went on every school holidays working with him 8h a day, sometimes just making concrete all day long: shovel in hand, pickup sand, throw in the mixer, pickup gravel, throw in mixer, lift cement bag, pour in mixer. Rinse and repeat. My shoulder blades, triceps and chest are fucking amazing. I've been lazy after that and got myself a dad bod, but whenever I hit the gym, guys just can't believe how buff my upper upper body is (especially compared to the rest being "meh" at best).

The chest, or pectoralis major, is anatomically divided into an upper, middle and lower part, which known as the clavicular, sternocostal and abdominal head, respectively. However, the muscle is more commonly referred to as a two-parted muscle, upper and lower. The stupidity of this comments is just so stupid.
