My tv came with a USB in the TV. Every time I turn it on, it reverts to ‘store’ mode . I run thru the process as detailed in your video . The problem is I have to ‘eject’ the non existent usb every time and run through the process of changing to home mode every time I turn on my tv . Can you offer a solution? It’s frustrating.

I put it in store mode thinking it would make regular viewing better. Could not for the life of me figure out how to remove the annoying crap. Tv quality literally sucks on this tv. I’m thinking it may be me? Like that you see on that screen you have on…. None not one single how movie of anything looks like that. I have messed with so many settings, so much so my demo issue. I’ll scroll your videos… if you have any help please share. Always too dark. Light glare is so bad I have to get a floor lamp
