    I've joined gym 2020 and 2021 ligament injury bed rest 2022 join gym and in 5 months lower back injury.Once I've ego lifted but after that I was cautious about injuries but fate is against 🕯️

    Hello brother, mai bhi skinny hu aur isiliye mujhe bhi workout start karna hai aur mai kuchh time se kar bhi raha hu. Meri height 6" aur weight 60+ hai. Maine apnee diet kuchh is tarah plan ki hai
    Pre workout meal - Penute butter+ bread+ banana
    Post workout meal - Masala oats
    Extra meal- your soya chunks recipe and banana shake
    Mai full vegetarian hu. Kya ye diet mere liye sahi hai aur ha kuchh time baad mai gym join kar loonga

      I gained approx 5kg ,no supplement
      N ig 5kg is enough in one month
      I was 67.3 and now I'm 72.2
      I was kinda underweight coz I am 6'7
      And I'm looking to be approx 80kgs
