Great video. I am a 75 year old female in good shape, 103 lbs, cardio and strength training 5 days per week but mild hip osteoarthritis. Your exercises and explanation helped me so much!! I live in Chicago, don't own a car and walk everywhere - love the city! I live a very heart healthy lifestyle. So, I definitely want to keep walking, stay independent and avoid a hip replacement. Thank you again!
61 yo Bedside RN/Classically trained ballerina 120 lbs. no other medical issues except osteoporosis (on yearly Reclast infusions) & hip osteoarthritis-great Exercises & I add my PT exercise regimen from the Cleveland Clinic-your regimen is very much on point!
I enjoyed all your videos and I'm greatful for the explanation. The effectiveness of the videos helped me a lot, cause I have hip arthritis. I need to know if I can do all these exercises with a hip replacement 3years ago? Thank you for all you do.

Is that windshield wiper safe for those of us with hip OA and OP? I love that you discuss the progression on each of the exercises!
