Good overview, I especially appreciate the time you took on the non-visible features. The only thing I think you missed was the fuel-gauge in the driver-side aft cargo compartment; I assume it's the secondary diesel but is that right, does it not show on the dash, etc?
How much is the payload and tow capacity and how did it change with the modifications? I’m guessing the rear box is heavier than what was there from the factory so the payload must have gone down.
I did and dont regret it, I wish I made the switch years ago. The only things I miss from the ford is the engine braking as rams is not as good and the hp but those are easy fixes thanks to the aftermarket.

Must have something mixed up pretty badly, as this brakes as hard on the exhaust brake as a ford does with the brake paddle to the ground! Sorry, I drive all the trucks in the market for customers and have driven them all from 1996 to brand new!

The gauge in the cargo compartment is for the airbags on the Hensley trailer saver fifth wheel hitch
