- Roger Waters plays The Wall for the first night in Chicago at the United Center, September 20, 2010. This clip shows Vera, Bring The Boys Back Home (which was emotional as it was dedicated to the Troops and them returning to their families), and Comfortably Numb.
Enjoy! Recorded with a Sanyo PD2 Видеоклипы
The images of the children greeting their fathers must be so painfull for Roger Waters, since his dad never came back home. I wonder how he does it time and time again.
Man, I don't cry at concerts but I have to say seeing this live the moment that little girl goes from happy - to shock - to utterly heartbreaking when she sees her father return... It got me every time. Heartbreaking, a hell of a statement and a hell of a show.
It made me cry like a baby, that girl touched my soul with that expression
This really wasn't a rock concert. It was something else entirely. It was amazing.
The scene with the young girl seeing her dad gets me every time.
I find it kinda sad, that it's been 0ver thirty years since The Wall came out and some people didn't get the message. This shows how timeless this album is. I saw, or rather experienced it in London the other day, and after these three songs I felt like smacked in the head with something really heavy. When I saw pictures of children on Bring the...I felt tears coming to my eyes.Epic gig. Too bad that for some it was just two hours of good music. Peace. And don't let the worms eat into Your brain
That part with the little girl is something I will never, ever forget for the rest of my days.
that part with the little girl slays me every time.
We will never learn.
Seeing this concert was an honor.
This is as good as it gets. By far, the best concert of my life. I saw it in Philadelphia indoors in 2010, and i already have tickets to see it outdoors at citizens bank park for the tour finally in July of 2012. If by some miracle you read this Roger, thank you so much for all you have done. You have my full respect, and I will always cherish the music and the memories you gave to me.
I was at his show a week ago, the 15th august 2013 in Copenhagen, Denmark. One of the best nights of my life. Defintley the best concert I've every been to. Bless you, Roger.
I´m from Mexico, sorry, my english is not good...woow, the girl´s reaction in Vera is terrific...is a truly beautiful moment...not words to describe it...I waiting for Rog at Dec 18th...I promise a tear in Vera.
I was there Monday night and was totally awestruck. Vera/Bring the Boys Back Home was for me the most moving thing I've experienced in a long time. The scene from the end of Vera (0:16) has haunted me since I saw it at the show. The emotion on her face is absolutely gut-wrenching and brings tears to my eyes when I think of all the kids whose parents didn't come back. And the quote in Bring the Boys Back Home is especially powerful when you consider the source was a decorated 5-star Army general.
I saw it in the last night in buenos aires with other 60 thousand people, when I saw 0:22 that little girl crying for her father I almost burst into tears, but when comfartably numb came I couldn't helped it.... the joy I felt listening to that song live I can't describe it with words. Thank you Roger, thank you!!!
I saw this show last night in Detroit and all I have to say is Ringling Bros. is going to have to change their name because...THIS WAS THE GREATEST FUCKING SHOW ON EARTH!! HANDS DOWN!
April, 9th Roger played in Arnhem, netherlands. He was fantastic!! Only two hours, I must have been 20 hours, great, magic!!!
Thx for transmitting the message of Roger Waters with this classic quotation of Mr. Dwight (Ike) D. Eisenhower (34th president of US 1953-1961) from a speech before the American Society of Newspaper Editors, April 16, 1953.
Epic is the only word that can describe this song and all of pink floyd's music
April, 9th Roger played in Arnhem, netherlands. He was fantastic!! Only two hours, Iit must have been 20 hours, great, magic!!!
I had the tears rolling down my cheeks when i saw this scene... Netherlands, april 8
TEARS shed from "Vera.." on...so much
my God, Roger, i liked to know how is like to make people like me cry with your art,...thanks man!
I went to this show in Kansas city. At :30 a manly tear was shed
Too beautiful. I cried when i saw this
Just saw him in Hartford. Amazing. Best concert of my life. We know the music & poetry ... it is pure genius. Add to that the current state of special effects & sound... we were blown away. This show is a full-out assault on the senses. It lifted my artistic being and also served as a giant "wake-up" public service announcement to anyone who's paying attention to the messages in the music.
After the soft, tender, depressed song "vera"....I always get goosebumps when those agressive and exultant drums for "bring the boys back home" come in. The best show I've ever seen...
And for all of those who were there is to remember the stunned silence of those around you at the end of BTBBH
oh my God, that is so beautiful in Vera with the little girl, i'm gonna be cryin...
only ever cried when Paul McCartney played "Here Today" last year...
nevermind, I'm gonna be sobbing
0:16 is so emotional..
Hotrodius, I have the same feeling! Utterly brought me to tears. Her emotions were so intense and raw. It was amazing.
I experienced the concert in Copenhagen This was one of the most precious moments of the concert.
The girl that sees her father - imagine how she must have missed him, fearing that he would get killed. All those feelings are let out in this moment.
Immediately after that Roger throws it back into our faces: That not only are we sending soldiers away from their families (children) to war, but these soldiers are also destroying the lives of other children.
This girls clip is worth the whole show.
@TheBeatlefloyd it was emotional, i had big fat tears going down my cheeks!!! and yet i was in my element for sure, man that show was great
Saw it in Denver. This is the best show - not the best concert, the best show of any type I have ever seen. At the intermission I was completely satisfied and amazed that there was another half...
Last Saturday, I thought I might like to go to the show (in Antwerp). This combo was definitely the best part of it... it took my breath away. Thank you Roger, thank you other musicians, thank you Pink Floyd!
I was in Mannheim and the Part of that little Girl recognise her Daddy is comming home was the precious Moment of the Gig!Thank You Roger , love You!!!
The Wall, o melhor eternamente!
Buena imagen y sonido. Gracias desde Bogotá, Colombia
Tuve la fortuna de estar presente en este magnifico evento, vaya que Roger Waters es un verdadero genio
Roger, we still love you! My hero!
That little girl left me sobbing.
Does anybody else in here feel the way I do?
One of the best shows I've ever seen... March 7th and 20th 2012 are going to be in my heart 'til I die.
awesome Audio Quality. Thank you.
AMAZING show in Pittsburgh 26 Oct. The young girl made the whole venue quiet when that scene played!
Not bad at all for a man nearing his 70's. I can't believe I missed this tour, which was probably my last chance to ever truly experience Pink Floyd live.
I saw one of the earlier shows in 2010 and a couple on the second U.S. leg. It was an incredible concert. I was proud to share it with my wife even thought she wasn't too familiar with the material. A great visual and musical experience.
i cried when isaw this, most emotional thing ever at a concert
I was at the concert September 26 at the Consol Energy Center. Im only 15 and Im pretty sure that will be the best concert I'll ever see.
Fantastic and an incredible rendition...
So moving... I was at the Pittsburgh show, and this moment caught hold of me. The entire show was like a significant moment in history.
Amazing and moving show!!! Came to tears a few times. Brilliantly done Roger and crew!!
The gig in Zagreb was the greatest show I've ever seen.
Thanks Roger, thank you all other musicians, kids of the choir, thank you technicians, roadies, merch-sellers, barmen & - women, thank you to everyone who was there - it were awesome 2 and a half hours.
Roger Waters was the one with awesome ideas and David Gilmour was the one that put music to those awesome ideas for example Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Wall. And the solo of comfortably numb is the best of all time and David Gilmour is the only one who can play it
I don't know if i can ever see another concert again.
Wow..I'm going next week here in ATL..I grew up with this album...It was the soundtrack to my High School days. What an impact this album had on my life..That seen in Vera..That's going to be unbelievably moving... it is just from watching it here..
Saw him in Arnhem and all I'm doing right now is looking for a chance to visit this concert again.....
I believe Confortably Numb's solo is one of the greatest guitar solo's in the history of Rock.
There is no need for speed and overwhelming technique for making a master piece. Sometimes a right note at the right place, a right bend, is more amazing than shooting thouthands of notes in a particular tone range.
Mr. Gilmour is an excellent musician and guitarrist. He's the kind of guitar player who knows what note to play in the correct place and time.
the best spot in Düsseldorf on saturday - it made me cry...
I saw 2 shows in Long Island. Front Row! It was an absolutely amazing experience! I miss Roger and the show! This was my faveorite part!
Saw this last night in Vancouver, by far the best show I've ever attended!!! Our seats were 3rd row centre floor (luck), and I have to say that there was so much more to this show than the over the top production. The intimacy and the passion with witch Roger sang and the band played were astounding. Given the rapturous 15 minute ovation (louder than the show), I'd say I wasn't the only one who had a good time :P
Spent my 21st Birthday, 2nd row, at the Brisbane show. My god, amazing.
Just saw the Denver show... I've probably seen well over 500 concerts over the (many) years including a couple Pink Floyd concerts, and Rogers 'Radio Kaos' show. This performance was, without a doubt, the most visually stunning spectacle of rock & roll theatre I've experienced! Pyrotechnics, 30' inflatables, planes flying across the arena, crashing into the wall. The wall itself serving as a monumental projection screen that at times made the stage appear as at sea, or in space. Just incredible!
Great Video Thx!!!!!
I still feel the comfortably numb!! that solo is just amazing.....
I saw this show in december last year, holy shit. Without par best show ive ever seen.
awesome, i went on wednesday to the o2 , best night of my life :)))) x
Incredible!!! Fantastic!!
this is very beautiful
Last concert was in Québec city last night (July 21st 2012) ! It was in open-air, 22 years exactly after they played it in Berlin on the foundations of the Berlin Wall !! It was beautiful, I cried the whole time from Vero to Comfortably Numb.
Best concert of MY LIFE... will never forget it...

i was in Zagreb yesterday and it was amazing! Almost made me cry ...
Very Nice Pinkzepplin. Thanks for the share. ; )~
La parte mas emocionante del concierto sin lugar a dudas, el minuto 8:46 me dejó simplemente extasiado, sin palabras, aún sigo sin poder describirlo.
THE SHOW WAS ABSOLUTELY STELLAR... !! PERFECTION.. OMG., ART IS RIGHT.. !! \M/ \M/ \M/
Left me sobbing.
cant wait till june xx
dude, excellent footage.
Deixa-me sem palavras, impressionante!!!
freakin' awe inspiring
jak dla mnie najbardziej wzruszający utwór!:)
a koncert - wspomnienie na całe życie:D
One of the single biggest mistakes of my 19 year old life was watching this video before i want to see it live. why did i have to do that
Very excited to see him in May =0). WooT!!!!
Saw the show in Philly, fucking amazing!
He's right Waters was so dedicated that he kicked out Richard Wright of the band and almost teared the band apart becasue he wouldn't let anyone else write anything, with the exception of Comfortably Numb and Run Like Hell. That's why we all love him becasue he's our stubborn bass and songwriting Genius and will fight the greatest guitar player of all time to express himself. So i give Waters 90% of the praise.
I hope he releases a DVD of this concert..
Just like the others, GREAT camerawork. Someone that knows not to zoom around all over the place so you see the whole stage
@TED1082 I was in Mannheim too. And to those people, who are writing, that they almost cried... I can admit that I was crying, it's not a shame. With my 24 years, I can say: it's worth to live.
I wonder if any of the videos of this tour will reach a million hits it sure deserves it
The best concert ever!
Awesome! I went this year! (2012)
Why cant poeple shut up about Gilmour? This is Roger's album. He wrote all of the lyrics, 90% of the music, came up with the ideas and concepts and designed the stage show. Gilmour is a great guitar player in a world full of great guitar players - Waters is a fucking genius and the skills necessary to create a masterpiece like The Wall are unique.
the guitarrist is Dave Kilminster if any one is interested..
going monday to the show here in L.A.
i can't really even explain what i was feeling when i saw this
-Rocky, November show in Jersey
