You’re my favorite to follow! I’m a sucker for format variety ( ladders, emoms) and your exercise variations are realistic and not too jazzy or complicated. Love the no repeats the most but I understand the benefit the circuits provide for time under tension for each muscle group.
The Tabata finisher was a nice touch. Penny, I so appreciate the modifications to these exercises. Really helps me stay in a proper heart rate zone without injury. You are the best! 😍

I love circuits and supersets but will get down with a no-repeat too. You had a NR with 60-second intervals that I LOVED! This was a nice compilation of compound moves, which is exactly what I want for my total body days. Thank you!

this workout was awesome. I sweat a lot :).. Actually, I prefer no repeat workouts but this was amazing. In the begining , i used 5kg db but it hurt my arm terribly so i changed it with 2.5 kg. this suited perfectly... thank you for your excellent workout.
I love all of your circuits AND your no repeats. This was a great workout. I love that I burned 348 calories while also staying in an aerobic phase (sometime got anaerobic as well). Great workout!

I loooooooooved this killer one, I enjoyed a lot, was there new music that I heard? I am a no repeat person but I like doing circuits as well as long as it's not 4 times through, otherwise I get bored a bit. 30/45 minutes is perfect for me personally :) thank yooooooou

For example: here is 40 reps of Bulgarian lunges followed by two push ups. Kinda of like what we see on “nourish move love” workout programs on RUclips. Thank you for your response truly.
