This is one of my favourite upper body workout that I could do without stopping half way through. I had to change between my 8lbs and 10lbs weights. Another hit. Added to my favourites.
Penny, I enjoyed this workout a lot. ❤ I hurt my muscles in my right calf 2 days ago, so this was also perfect to exercise meanwhile recovering from the injury.
Great workout but three times through was alot. I made it through two time through each set for first time. I'd love to see more 10 or 15 minute videos. Thanks!
