Hard to choose a favourite circuit, but at least the most challenging one was the third, due to the Russian Toe Taps which really brought my heart rate up! Fantastic sweat session, thank you so much!
🔥‼All of the circuits were great!!! I loved the variety and covering all aspects of a workout in each circuit. The last one was probably my favorite....the squat hold curl🥵💪...challenging but loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ workout Penny💛💥
