      I would love more all standing workouts, they work well for my older self. Can't always manage the up and down one's lots of body weight! Also the tracks you pick are very motivating.

    I like the fact that you do a warm up and cool down and include modifications for the higher impact moves. This makes a great workout for anyone.The all standing made for easy transition to the next exercise. Your work out had great flow with awesome variety. Thank you so much! I truly enjoyed it!

    Yes!! I love standing only workouts...however if you have the two circuits like this one standing one floor is good too!

    I love your standing dumbbell workouts! This was was great; happy it was more strength than cardio. Really appreciate the modifications as my old knees can't take the jumping. Also TY for including warm-up and cool down as many fitness videos do not. ❤

    Love everything about this workout! My arthritis prevents me from doing so many things, so I love that this kept me on my feet instead of constantly having to get up off the ground, and the mods were great! You rock Penny!❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰💪💪💪😁😁😁

    As someone who struggles with motivation I find the standing workouts great. Sometimes the thought of getting up and down off the floor puts me off doing a workout. So when I’m struggling to get motivated this kind of workout is perfect. I have just finished it and loved it! Thanks Penny 😊

    I normally don’t comment on videos but I had to on this one!. You are just what I’ve been looking for. The only way I can work out and really push myself is with weights and your workouts are amazing. In just 1 day I lost 2 lbs and it give me the boost of really keeping it up and continue to watch your videos 😍

    Absolutely loved the format, Penny! There were a few unexpected moves with the weights, and the whole routine kept me focused! Also, we can do the weight circuit twice, or cardio twice, so versatile! 🤩Thank you again, Penny! 😍

    I really enjoyed this strength and cardio combination. All standing was nice but not essential. I burnt a nice amount of calories too, which is always good. Thanks again for another superb workout ❤️
