I like the fact that you do a warm up and cool down and include modifications for the higher impact moves. This makes a great workout for anyone.The all standing made for easy transition to the next exercise. Your work out had great flow with awesome variety. Thank you so much! I truly enjoyed it!

I love your standing dumbbell workouts! This was was great; happy it was more strength than cardio. Really appreciate the modifications as my old knees can't take the jumping. Also TY for including warm-up and cool down as many fitness videos do not. ❤
Love everything about this workout! My arthritis prevents me from doing so many things, so I love that this kept me on my feet instead of constantly having to get up off the ground, and the mods were great! You rock Penny!❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰💪💪💪😁😁😁

As someone who struggles with motivation I find the standing workouts great. Sometimes the thought of getting up and down off the floor puts me off doing a workout. So when I’m struggling to get motivated this kind of workout is perfect. I have just finished it and loved it! Thanks Penny 😊

The only way I can work out and really push myself is with weights and your workouts are amazing. In just 1 day I lost 2 lbs and it give me the boost of really keeping it up and continue to watch your videos 😍
