Loved the goblet squat cleans. It was a brilliant workout that. Just what I needed to blast the cold bugs away! Feel so much better for moving. Thanks Penny! 🥰
Loved the burn, Penny. I loved the side swings into overhead presses--my temp increased with them. Also, the bear jack/half burpees were an interesting addition. Thanks so much for sharing with us! 🔥💪🔥 By the way, I can now do the pendulum lunges with weights--had to work up to it, but now it's possible! Thanks!

We were a bit behind, so we did this today 💪🏻💪🏻🤩🤩 loved it 😍 so many great exercises and combos. We had favourites in both circuits, but if we have to choose, the first one… 🎉 loved the first with goblet squat and the dumbbell swing 👍👍 but both were great, got is really sweating 🥵🥵 your creativity has no limits, Penny 🎉🎉👍🥰 thank you so much for making these great workouts for us 🙏❤️
Skier swing to push press was my favorite exercise in this workout. It made me feel like I was out on the ski slope. ⛷ Feeling great after this workout! Thank you, Penny!

Hi Penny, Question? for you. I'm not sure if you have done one before. What about a deck of cards workout, seen it on facebook somewhere, i thought i would like to try this type of workout. Red cards are cardio and black cards are strenght. I also loved this workout too.
