I'm also nursing a broken fibula back to health so this ticked soooo many boxes for me. And the new screen layout is fantastic. Penny you are the absolute best. I really enjoyed this workout - lot's of variety with the moves! I especially liked the bicep curls alternating then both together. That's a great way to rest without resting! Thanks so much!
