Absolutely amazing. My body has been feeling very stuck lately… I practice yoga a bit but it’s not giving me the movement my body is craving. I think doing things like this daily will help.
I'm pretty sure it will. I've been doing these types of movements 3x a week and I've noticed how much better I've felt. I'm sure doing these daily will be even better.

Do you have a variation for the crawl roll over?
Modify by performing the roll over on hands & knees. As a whole, most adjustments & modifications in this practice are simply a matter of giving yourself more support. Props are very helpful too - blocks & blankets can be key for progression. Best wishes.
