Great reaction! I remember Roger saying that when the vocals were found again, it was very moving like finding moving pictures of your parents who had passed away a long time ago. And how the vocals were so fresh it seemed like Freddie had recorded it that morning. And how happy it made him to hear Freddie's voice again.

Originating from sessions for the band's 1984 album The Works, "Let Me In Your Heart Again" was written by May and originally recorded in Los Angeles in 1983. It was intended for The Works but was not finished until 2014, when it was released on the compilation Queen Forever.

Will you please do ‘ I Want It All’ video and Freddie’s 39th costume birthday party- ‘Living on My Own’. It’s Freddie singing solo-sooo hedonistic- so crazy great! I don’t know if you’ve heard Freddie do scat- over the top - it’s fast and furious- thank you David- this is one of my favs! Again- you did an amazing job/ catching the prime vocals of Freddie!

Recorded in 1983 for 'The Works' sessions and shelved for 30 years. Great track and could have easily been a hit for the band from that album!

David have you done ‘I Want It All’? The video? Freddie’s voice!! Man! You can see he’s sick but he is absolutely the best! Having the cancerous sores and HIV/ he was in a tie and long sleeve shirt- but David- just as powerful!! Could you please consider the video and also Freddie’s video- ‘ Living on My Own’? It’s Freddie singing alone and it’s his wild 39th birthday party! Costume party- Brian showed up as a witch- Freddie as a military man in Jacket and ballet tights!😜🔥. The most hedonistic video-
He scats- the scatting is frickin awesome!!

Freddie's phrasings sets him apart in my opinion. Other singers may have more technique because they've been formally trained, and Freddie was self taught, but he was always so creative both in the studio and live; it makes the songs more interesting. He doesn't just repeat the same phrasing every time, instead he makes each line interesting.
I think it's time for Living In My Own, David! The original version. It's fun, you're gonna laugh a lot and the song is catchy

Hurray David! 💟 I turn into a glob of goo watching this video of our beloved Queen! Roger - “Let Me In Your Heart Again is absolutely typical mid-period Queen … When I put the original tape on, it was so astonishingly real, like it had been recorded that morning. I got quite emotional about the way Freddie was doing his thing. It’s like suddenly coming across recordings of your parents after they’re gone. And then it turns into something rather joyful.”

I had to watch that twice cos first time round, I couldn't concentrate because Freddie kept staring straight into my soul! He's using vocal runs and riffs, and blooming heck he does it so well! Loads of Jackems but hardly surprising! Great reaction! 👏👏👏

What I love about Queen videos when they put clips into songs (either pre or post Freddie's death) they do a great job of finding just the right clip for the moment. If you didn't know better you'd think (sometimes) that it was actually being sung during that clip. This one especially I liked as it used ones that aren't usually seen.
OK now you just said basically the same thing I did here :) I was writing this as I was watching.
