Thank you for the comment, you have adjusted the music levels down in our latest videos and will do so for existing videos too. If you have a specific product questions, please let us know.
Thank you for your comment. We have lowered music volumes significantly on newer videos. For older videos RUclips does not offer this possibility unfortunately.
This refers to European free standing models with production date from mid 2018, e.g. DF415HMS. But please check with your local LG support channels to be sure.
Not sure, the bottom front can be taken off but this model probably has a different drain pump and may also have a this pump located somewhere else in the base. I suggest to request to your local LG support desk if the pump is available for ordering but also verify its location by checking behind the bottom front cover.
I have a 1997 LG LDT6809BD with serial number 903KWYP1350. Could you please instruct me as to how to replace that model's drain pump? Thank you, Doug in Mansfield, MA
@@LGSAE Thanks for the reply, I do appreciate that, but I am sort of implying that it would be useful if LG made the servicing information for their appliances widely and publically available, so we don't have to contact our local LG office (when I did this for my LG dryer - yes most of my appliances are LG - I was told they are not allowed to tell me how to diagnose which component may be resulting in faulty power supply sicne thast information was confidential and can only be told to repair technicians). Since each model of appliance is wildly different even within the same manufacurer, and none of them are designed from the ground up to be easy to service, the end user relies on the collective expertise of the general public to provide guidance on what ended up being a very straightforward repair costing $54 for the replacement part. Just saying.
Sorry, we can't without changing the link for the video. we've lowered the volume in hnewer videos. There should be subtitles available for the video if you enable them.
It's called "Re-Badging" Goes on a lot with domestic appliances. It helps with uniformity and parts availability, also, allegedly, it keeps the initial cost of purchase lower I suppose. But it does not explain why the parts can vary wildly in price from the "different manufacturers"....Mmm?
The music is distracting and too loud
Can't hear you over the music.

The music was irritating unnecessary. Made it hard to hear the instructions

This is something for your local LG support channels I'm afraid. We are only supporting European models, which significantly differ from US models.
👏
I am looking for instructions for how to replace the pump in model LD-1482S4 Has anyone come across that anywhere?
Dear Haydn, I suggest you contact your local LG office to check for possibilities.

Music too loud
We know but unfortunately we cannot edit this anymore. For newer movies we lowered the volume substantially.
Get rid of that music!
Sorry, recently we have been using other background sounds and lowered the volume.
