Deep in the Dunes with a Secret | Villa CD

Villa CD is a brutalist residence designed by Office O Architects, situated in the dunes near the Belgian coast. The house is located in a community of 1960s bungalows, adjacent to a protected nature reserve. Inspired by the bungalow typology, the residence features a horizontal concrete plateau that projects over the sloping terrain and a perpendicular wall at the front of the plot. The main living areas seem to float over the landscape, while two studios on the lower level provide additional space for the family, with privacy. Large windows and sunken patios ensure brightness and a sense of intimacy, uniquely combining functionality and aesthetics.

Interesting concept with the wall, but I don't like the result of the wall itself and the space between the wall and the house.
I lack beauty to see in that space and vegetation.
The drawings are at best an abstraction of reality in which the shadows, which at first glance do not seem correct to me, have more weight than the built space.

The “ music” is not necessary . That garish loud piano bashing just distracts from both the visuals and the commentary.
