ruclips.net/video/iPX-HCWR83Q/видео.html
I’m 5’6” with 28” inseam and tested this bike out today and I like the feel of it. I’m on my tip toes a little bit but I’m used to that. The way my body is positioned on the bike doesn’t make me feel like I’m riding a sport bike. I’m on the fence between this and the new 2021 937cc monster plus. I think I’m going to buy both bikes because I like them both and I love the Ducati buying experience from the Ducati dealerships.
Thank u fr ur information,, i m too 5.6" ,, in sports bike series i only find this bike which i may seat on the bike,,now u confirmed it, i was doubtful about seat height..
Do u hav balance whn u seated on the bike??
@@prasenjittripura4691 No problem with balancing the bike.
So did you buy 2 bikes? Lol, so full of shit
I want a LIGHTWEIGHT Ducati.
I want a Ducati that I can handle.
I'm 5'2"; 100lbs. Petite Female.
Is this bike too large/heavy for me?
I currently ride a Kawasaki Ninja 250cc.
I am 6.2 and I am going to look good on that
Excellent! It looks like a really good fit for 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches in particular. To be comfortable and have some feet on the ground.
Can you do a video about the Honda CBR 650 R please? It would be very nice
Yes it's on the list 👍
Cbr 650 r has same seat height of 810 mm
The absolute stupidity of Ducati updating this bike in 2021 and not putting cruise control on it! It's not even an optional upgrade 🤦🏼. This is the everyday sports bike, it even has factory panniers and they thought they would get away with out cruise control 🤣 even the RS660 has cruise control.
I wouldn't say it was stupidity but I do understand your frustration. Any bike that has ride by wire should have cruise control fitted as standard in this day and age. Even it's a simple one button affair like the Triumph has. 👍
i agree. i couldnt believe they never at very least give the option for cruise control
Who fucking cares about cruise control for fucks sake. Everyone is bitching about it on all the reviews. I didn't have cruise control on my sv1000 and it didn't bother me. Everyone's so fucking soft these days.
@@aaronmichaelmusic_ Hahaha say it like it is. 😁 For me personally, with everyone going ride by wire nowadays there's absolutely no reason why every bike can't come standard with cruise control. All we need is a simple one button affair that holds the bike at the speed you set it at like Triumph has. After you've been on the bike for a few hours it's really nice the give your throttle hand a rest.
@@BikesILike I mean it's cool it it has it. But if it doesn't I wouldn't bitch about it like everyone else would. I wouldn't even care if it had abs or Trac control tbh. Keep it old school. You don't need the latest and greatest gadgets to have a fun ride. CC makes sense if you're on a long boring easy ride and in that case why wouldn't you take the car instead?
Interesting, thanks for this one, is more upright than I thought, it much close to the Ducati Monster than the RS660
Yes! Looks comfortable (for a sport bike) even for a taller rider. Although the 6'4 rider's knee is too high for the cut out and is pressing against the bodywork
I’ve been comparing this bike to a ninja 1000, its such a hard choice. The ninja is really comfy and almost sat upright completely, the supersport is comfy too but slightly more sporty. Im worried if i take the ninja for ultimate comfort that ill miss the sportyness!
It's a nice looking bike. 👍🇦🇺
Totally agree Tim 👍
I waited for that one, thank you for that
You're welcome! 👍
Was pleasantly surprised with the 6'1, seems just about right. Thanks for the vid
You're welcome thank you! Yes I'd class 6'1 as a comfortable fit but the knee is at the upper limit of the cut out and is getting close to the body work. Look at 6'4 and you'll see his knee actually pressing against that bodywork.
I'm 6'1 and just bought a 2022 Supersport 950s today. I will say I'm at the upper height of it being comfortable/manageable.
@@kmpaton Congrats on the new bike! Do you feel like you need any more power? Still debating between this and the new streetfighter v2.
@@Burnout_Blanco I was worried that may, but I’m Sport mode and twisting the throttle all the way starting at like 4000 rpm, I think it’s plenty for me for the street.
I actually had a deposit on a Panigale V2 that came in the same day I bought the Supersport. The Panigale was just too uncomfortable for me to ride almost everyday.
@@kmpaton Ah ok awesome, yeah the Panigale V2 is definitely a bit too committed for the street.
Have you tried the streetfighter v2/v4? Although it doesn't have the full fairing look I want, it has those awesome engines and ergonomics that I want for a daily.
Your videos are very helpful!! Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Tim! 👍
perfect. exactly what i was looking for.
Thanks bro... Amazing information. This was something very different thanks a lot. Make such videos of all bikes available including all naked bikes. Also all Indian bikes ,😀
Looks like 5'9 is correct for that bike
this is super helpful !!! soon ill get my Ducati
Now I know what bike to get, thanks for this video, new subscriber here from the Philippines.
Thank you and thanks for the sub! Hello Philippines! 👍
Is it one sided tip toeing or both leg down tip toeing????
This is the rider position if both feet were touching the ground.
Exactly what i was looking for!!! Thanks! Very useful video. Makes me want it even more.
Looks so nice 😅
Hey, can u make one for ducati panigale 959?
Will do! 👍
I'm 5.6 😀
Did you consider the additional height of the shoes in your images?
im 5.9, my height is fit on this bike, but not my wallet 😁
I am 5 feet 4.5 inch
I happy 😁😁😁😁😁😁
You sound like rocketjunpninja ngl
Is the "ground reach" of this video correct? There's a video of someone saying he can flatfoot the bike with 29" inseams. According to this video...that wouldn't be the case at all. Puzzled as i am looking to replace a vfr and this seems to be a good follow-up.
This was one of my earlier videos and my process has evolved over time and in this video I mistakenly used the term 'inseam' instead of 'inside leg' which is what I was actually measuring. Inside leg measures from ground to groin and inseam measures from ankle to groin. So someone with a 29" inseam would possibly have a 32" - 33" inside leg with boots on. I will revisit these older videos and update them.
What about 170 CM?
I have to limit to these heights for now. 👍
I'm 5.8 and it looks good on me i think
I'm 6'3 but i guess I'll look alright on it. Still better to always go in person check it out
@@ElMCH-vb7xv hi, did u check it out?
Thanks for this vid
5'5" :((
Youll be fine
5.1 feet 😕😕😕
This was so useful :) thank you.
You're welcome! 👍
Take it 6,6 Will not fit lol
It will depend on your inside leg measurement. If you're tall but have shorter legs it might be doable.
I'm 5'9" /31" inseam and like the pics show it's a perfect fit. Thanks for the vid
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback James it's good to know I'm on the right track 👍
