I've been wanting to do this for YEARS! but I always attribute personalities to every plush I own, I'd feel like I'm hurting them 😭😭
I felt that too at first 🥲 Same issue with customizing dolls 😅 you get desensitized to it I promise ! ❤️ (but using thrifted plush and not ones that have been in your collection for years can also help this in my experience!)

This video made me think of my turtle plushy that I've had like forever, I love him soo much and I still sleep with him ^^ hehe my grandma once said that she thought I was too old to still have plushies, but I think you're never too old for that and plushies are just so much fun (to modify etc)!! You did a great job on the plushiefriends!!
I'm 16 right now and still a bit of a baby bat, but your videos make me feel validated somehow and just totally make me happy with myself and how I keep on dressing alternatively. It's been almost a year now that I've clicked on your most popular vids (which I thought was marvellous!). Which btw i loved the ones you made from scratch they are adorable TuT i really loved the timelapse its so cool to see how little by little they turn this very creepy and cute creation!
I always used to do as much as possible with a seamripper, with scissors seems like such a fun care free way to do it.

how do you get the eyes out??
Use small scissors (nail scissors work great) and poke them in next to the eye (you’ll be able to feel where the plastic is versus where the fabric is, you want to poke into the fabric), then cut the eye out (the closer you can cut to the eye the better) and re stitch the hole (technically optional bur highly reccomend) 👌 good luck :-)
