I went to the mall recently and at first, I really felt like everyone was staring at me. There were these two boys I ran into three times who repeatedly told me to bark every time they saw me. My friend said it was because I was wearing a face mask that looked like an animal mouth. But I also got a ton of compliments from other goth girls and blonde suburban moms alike. I choose to remember the compliments. It was a good day, and I looked awesome.
as someonel whos been dressing alt for over 10 years now, the positive interactions mean SOO much and you hold so much meaning and inspiration for more people than you think🥺💘 the stinky people will always be around but theyre goofy as hell when u really think about it😅 keep on expressing yourself!!!
@@TheTaina1423
Thank you! Yep, when you stand out from the crowd, you're going to get a lot more weird looks and insulting comments, but you're also gonna get more compliments. It's only natural, people just notice you more. People who have a problem with the way you look are silly.

Thank you soo much I'm a 19 year old trans girl who has recently got in the goth/alt style and this video and you're other videos has helped me find my style
Oh my goodness this comment made me smile !!! I’m proud of u and so stoked for ur goth/alt journey! That’s awesome ❤️🥰 good luck and enjoy 🖤

Hey me too!!!
A tip for if you're struggling to find alternative cloths is basically buy non-alt clothes and punk them up with accessories, footwear and other stuff, for example i have a few floral dresses that i wear in summer with my fishnets/thigh high socks and my red doc martens and it looks really cool :)
YES !! 100% ! On that note, a lot of my clothes in this video (though thrifted) were originally from not alternative brands (eg Ralph Lauren, forever 21, baby phat, etc) so don’t be scared if you don’t have alt stores around, you can sometimes find spooky things at normal stores if you look hard enough!
And 10000% yes to the floral dresses with punk accessories!! Gives me Courtney love / summer grunge vibes 🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@RattusRattus Yesss!! Apart from punk, grunge is definitely my biggest style inspiration :)
I ADORE Docs! They’re both elegant and so cool! They match with almost anything so I believe that those kind of outfits look awesome!
@Liv or Olly I absolutely love doing this. I live in Louisiana so it’s always hot and humid March-October. My favorite thing to do is get light flowy dresses and add a black lace trim or safety pins then accessories like fishnets and jewelry. You have to be careful with the fishnets though cause you can get fishnet shaped tan lines and it really sucks. It can takes weeks for them to go away. Also embroidery is also something I do and it’s so simple and a really cheap way to customize stuff.
My biggest confidence booster as a crustpunk is that my younger self would think im cool. And thats the only person i ever want to impress.
LOVE THAT ❤️❤️❤️ yes yes yes !
you call a lot of your friends/people you know “cool” which is actually very cool because cool people tend to attract other cool people so my consensus is that you are very cool
Cool
IF YOU TAPE YOUR NIPPLES MAKE SHURE TO USE TAPE SPACIFICALLY FOR NIPPLES, AND USE OIL TO GET THEM OFF, IT CAN REALLY HURT YOU IF YOU DONT
oh my god thnak you for that comment I’m sure you just saved a lot of people a lot of pain 😅 !!!!
So you're saying I SHOULDN'T rip my nipples off?
Jumping on this comment to add: cut a little square of tissue or toilet paper that covers your nipple and put the tape over that!
If you're planning to leave the tape on for longer than a day or have sensitive skin/nipples, you can add a little bit of cream/lotion on the nipple before adding paper and tape. (This only works if you're adding the tissue square since the glue on the tape won't stick if you put it onto a lotioned patch)
@@rosefox4245 that's actually a genius idea and now I'd wanna try going out in a style like that (i have the confidence, I'm just very sensitive in the chest and scared of the pain when I take the tape out lmao), which is great
@@worstusernameintheworld9871 do it do it do it!!
Taking the tape off is easier if you do it in the shower or - depending on what kind of tape/glue on the tape it is - soak it in oil first so it comes off pretty much by itself!
As a gothic, hijabi woman, I have learned to overcome the overwhelming and poisonous power of what mortals call "Scorching heat" by giving up my body to the mediteranean climate and leaving it up to fend for itself, all as I strengthen my soul by preparing it for the inevitable day where we all rise back from te dead to face pandaemonium itself.
Aka you just get used to it my sweets. Make sure to hydrate a lot and buy an ombrelle, you will never regret it + chiffon/mousseline dresses will change your life (very airy and non see-through).
We will now worship your strength!
Yes! I live in the desert and am allergic to most sunscreens, I wear a lot of black flowy linen button downs with skirts, and a parasol or straw hat and bandana. It's amazing what the body can get used toXD
Mismatched tights are also an option. Just cut one leg off each pair, and layer them. Also, it's generally a good idea to wear (little footie) socksin your boots if you want to wear fishnets, because fishnets and hot feet in leather boots can sometimes be a little uncomfortable.
Umbrellas can be turned into "parasols" by adding a lace ruffle.
Yay! In a few weeks I'll be able to thrift again for the first time in a year and a half, and this video is getting me all excited for it. Thanks!
Ahh!! The footie sock tip is so important !!! Thank you !!!
And yay! Excited for you! Hope you can thrift safely and find lots of cool clothes in your perfect size and budget! ❤️🥰 ty for watching and 4 the great tips!!!
Ikr 🥺🥺 I find it so satisfying to see so many all together 🥺
Yes to footie socks, omg leather boots + fishnets are a nightmare. You don't have to suffer for your fashion, there's something out there that can help. Also fuck blisters!
It's simple. They post, I click :)
🥺❤️🥰 ty ty 🥰
@@RattusRattus is grunge part of this too? 🤗❤️
Sure !!! I think there’s a lot of crossover in alt fashion and these could totally apply to grunge!
@@RattusRattus hello!! Im in love with ur style and the way u dress ty for helping with these tips!
Another advice i can give to people who dont feel confidant to wear what they like is to gradually do it! I personally live in a conservative area so i will get looks, but over time you dont notice them anymore. Like for exemple i wanted to be more alt so i started by wearing more "normie" things like tank tops with graphic designs on them, i get two or three looks but i continue doing it and the 2 or 3 looks start being meaningless to me, then i had fishnet, i get a little bit more looks but by this time i dont even notice them that much, then i do my hair weird, then i had accessories, wear women's shorts (im male passing btw), wear makeup...etc and its my friends who now point out "lots of people are looking at you" and im like "oh really?" Because ive slowly over time built this resistence to it and im just so focused on gradually being myself that i dont notice them. (The main reason i do stuff gradually is because my fashion sense is not really accessible to me either cause well its not in my area so i have to order or its expensive) but regardless of my main reason i have found that doing things slowly does help with your confidance and not give a damn. Like if you are male passing and your goal is to be andrgynous, start of with nail polish only, its such a small thing most people wont care or notice and then gradually incorporate more until its you who dont care anymore about others!
HELL YES I think gradually immersing yourself in a style is a really realistic and helpful tip! ESPECIALLY for building that tolerance to weird looks n things, Thank you for going into detail, and I hope that anyone who wants to change up their style can do so comfortably and with little outside judgement ! ❤️❤️❤️
YES!! over time you will build confidence and gradually intensify your style
What do you think about starting with accessories first? I need a belt rn but I think might as well buy alt looking belt. I already made my own chain bracelet but it's not noticeable enough because it's only one. I probably would buy like leather bracelet or choker and chains.
@@oo8962 yeah that could work too!

As a trans guy, dresses are not great for me, but sometimes I buy slip dresses and cut across the middle and wear them as a shirt. Boom, androgyny!
Also, just a side note, the purple + orange hair is like super Halloweeny and punk and you shouldn’t be self conscious, you look great! 🧡🖤💜
Ooh i love the idea of a slip dress cut in half ! Or just generally shredded and cut and layered over stuff :o very good tip thank you !
And aww 🥺 that makes me feel better 🎃💜 thank you for the reassurance !! 💜💜💜
I am also a trans guy and I was wondering how I was gonna incorporate some of these tips into my outfits so this is a super helpful tip, thank you! Plus, I agree their hair looks so cuteee
@@gatoradebottle358 Glad I could help!
Agreed, I’m a trans guy but as long as the dress/skirt is stylish enough, I will wear it and I WILL make more.
As someone who's been into the pastel goth, yamikawaii, and emo scenes for a while I was wondering how I would survive summer xD Please don't worry too much about "rambling on" because this video was very helpful and I didn't mind it at all! I talk a lot too so I know the feeling, haha. I loved seeing Lemon at the end too
I love the yamikawaii style because it really combines my whole dark and creepy but also cute personality into a fashion but living in conservative Louisiana, I get looks when I dress andro so I can't even imagine what would happen if I were to dress like how I wanted.
Well luckily the emo subculture is actually pretty warm weather friendly. Band tees and ripped skinny jeans with some converse and spiky hair and youre pretty set! Yamikawaii is definitely more difficult to stay cool.
I’m a trans guy who isn’t very comfortable with feminine clothing, although I’ll wear a kilt-like skirt from time to time. And although I’m supposing it was mainly targeted towards more feminine/femme people, I LOVED this video. Lots of cool tips I can apply to my style of clothing :) I’m so glad I found you on here!!
Same, I mean I’ll gladly wear skirts as long as it’s something more my style but it would take a while to wear anything else feminine as I’d get mistaken for a female (I still do as I have long hair and a large chest) but I normally tie my hair up like my friend (he isn’t trans but he has long hair so I just try to be as similar in habits and personality to him as possible) and he sometimes gets mistaken for a girl so we both share the same pain. 🥲
Off topic but love your pfp such a good album
That's so interesting what you say at the end. Old people, especially old women arr the sweetest about my fashion, they either don't do or say anything or will say they love how I look. Teens are what I would warn for, they are so open to scream terrible shit at you here, I can't walk past a school without being yelled at.
Seems it's very dependant on location, just how opposite our experience is.
oh my god ! Firstly that is amazing, I am so happy to hear that, older ladies being sweet to alt people is the best thing ever I live for that 🥺
Second : AHG! That is horrible !! Omg mean teens are legit scary and I am sorry that you’ve experienced young people yelling at you for fashion like? How rude
Anyway yes !! Very interesting how different people react to alternative fashion, I wish for everyone reading this that you only receive the reactions u wish and that no one (old or young) is mean to you about your looks ! 🖤
it honestly goes both ways. I'd just warn for people in general. A lot of times though, the teens are the worst because they'll actually yell or whatever when they're with their friends (an entire group of judgey teenagers is quite fun). Often the old ladies who do take issue with my appearance just give me That Look.
The old lady next door loved when i shaved the side of my head, really sweet and said she thought it fit me well.
theres a reason mcr said teenagers scare the living shit out of them
Ikr! I had a shirt with a burning rose on and my 95 year old great grandmother said “Ooh! That looks fancy!”
me and this girl were gonna go thrift shopping together, but buy each others clothes and I was thinking like her style is super goth/alt?? so I didn't want her to full on die in the heat so imma keep this in mind when we get each other the fits ;;3
That's adorable
how did it go-
@@Daisy-kc1tp It went really well :) we're dating now haha! She didn't even mention the heat luckily so I'm assuming it wasn't an issue
Oh my god congrats that’s amaZing !!!!so so cute omg 🥺🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@kittycattitan2670 bbdjsbshd i wanna both gf not fair mainly cause we get to be cute opposites but like 🤧 not fair but that’s super duper cuteeee eeekkkk
Another tip fabrics wise: try your best to find items that are completely or mostly made of natural fibers like cotton. Synthetic materials and fibers like polyester do NOT breathe, they're plastic clothes. They will be SUPER sweaty to wear compared to a cotton shirt. Cotton is made of plants and is meant to breathe and will be more comfy to wear :))
I love love love these tips! I especially loved your comment about how clothing has no gender, I'm nonbinary and am leaning towards more "feminine" alternative fashion and your comment really really helped me feel more confident!
Aw hell yes !!! That makes me so happy to hear ! It took me a long time to realize no matter what I wear, how I do my makeup or hair etc, it doesn’t make me less non binary ! As they say “clothes do not make the man” 😂 thank you for the nice comment and congrats on the confidence boost 🥳
a punk outfit i love for summer is combat boots, longer shorts, a band or any type of punk tshirt and a vest with patches
Yes !!!! Ugh I should have mentioned denim vests with patches !!! 😭 this is a very good summer outfit ty
1. That’s fuckin amazing
2, here’s mine for options; band shirt, crusty shorts, thigh highs, converse
I'm not even into the aesthetic, yet I watched the whole thing. And I loved it.
🥰🥺🥺🥺 ty that is so sweet !!!!!
Thank you for making the comment about committing to one scene/fashion style. Your style should be your own. I like more than one music genre and I like incorporating that into my wardrobe because eventually it isn’t just punk/emo style clothes, they’re my clothes. I don’t think it was this video but another one you mentioned people tell you you’re not punk because you don’t dress traditionally punk and that’s not right because punk is about being yourself and just appreciating the music and messages. At the end of the day what you wear should make you happy so everyone should experiment and blend styles as much as they want to! Just discovered gal fashion (specifically amekaji) and it’s so left field from what I was into in the past but it’s growing on me haha
I love how you introduce yourself with your name and pronouns! Love your vids ❤
loved this felt like a hang out sesh and i ended up wanting to tear apart my closet and dress up immediately after haha somehow 70% of my stuff became receptionist-core bc work so i been trying to relearn how to dress fun again thank u for the vids and the company
You need to do what I do---have 2 closets. One is for business, and the other is for fun clothes. Actually, both of mine are big wardrobe cabinets, and each has a dresser for the smaller things. This works best for me, and nothing gets mixed up. (Jan Griffiths).
The term ‘receptionist-core’ is so funny to me omg , I love it
I've been living in UK for 3 years and I am so surprised about how friendly old people are here despite the fact I have lots of tattoos, dress in black etc :o
I’m so happy to hear that!! 🥳❤️ Now that I live in a big city, people are WAY more understanding but when I grew up in my small rural town it was a little less … open minded😅
Eyyy fellow Brit here, i totally agree it's more accepting than you would think, last week i went into town and i got like three compliments and only one disapproving look by an old white woman lol
@@Olly__Zines-By-Blade omg this is the positivity i need! Im a teenager living in the uk and i love dressing goth/alt but i never see anyone else dress like it and am constantly scared of being judged but your comment really helped ^^
@@lauren3114 Oh wow i'm glad i helped you! Honestly i think the best thing we can do is just try to be confident and have no shame, even if it's hard - be the person who compliments others and makes them smile, good things are gonna happen to you in return :)
Ikr, I don’t have any tattoos (I’m underage) but my great grandmother loves my burning rose Vans shirt.
I totally agree with you. I have a emo-hippie-grampa style and that's ok. I like wearing sandals with socks and a korn t-shirt. It's really nice to hear someone else with the same perspective :)

Honestly I’m a 24 year old nonbinary black femme that stumbled on your og DIY video. After that, I taught myself how to sew. My style is minimalistic skater kid these days lol.
I watch you now cuz I just dig your overall attitude of self acceptance and kind disposition. It’s very encouraging and it’s great you’re giving advice to the alt kids younger than us, I remember how hard that was. :) Thank you.
after watching your fashion videos, I always feel like I am so powerful and can do anything with my clothes, I feel like a superhero or something, idk if this makes sense
As a part-time crustpunk, my go to clothing tip for the summer is to simply start some crustpants from some sort of really short shorts and just make them longer as it gets colder, that way you always have a place for all the cool patches you don’t find places for…
Also whenever i bleach/dye my Hair i tend to use some piece of clothing i want bleached as a towel so i get way more usage out of the bleach
you can also paint your converse! that way they're cool and alternative, but also have a very creative and individual touch, even if you're not that much into drawing and stuff, you can just splash the paint on it and it will still look awesome! just make sure the paint you're using is weatherproof and stuff and you're good to go!
LOVE THIS TIP!!! This definitely gave me flashbacks to high school doodling checkers on the base of my converse with sharpie😂 thank you !!!
@@RattusRattus haha ur welcome! xD i'm totally not in my last year of high school stil doing this 👀 also i wanted to say how cool it is for me, to see another nb person (who also uses they/them pronouns), it really makes me fell validated lol i hope that doesnt sound to weird (oh and ur boyfriend is right: the purple/orange hair looks super rad!)

Your fashion videos are always so helpful, my personal style isn’t really “alternative” (I dress like a dad a lot of the time lmao) but I do like adding some elements inspired by punk/goth to my outfits to reflect my interests and ideologies so these tips are 10/10 ✨
I get you I dress like a sock most of the time bc whenever I wear my fishnets my dad says I look like a whore (Basically)
I've been goth/punk forever but just moved to a hot climate so this was super helpful to remind myself of good dressing ideas in the heat!! Thanks for another fantastic video ❤️
its the monster high obsession for me hdjfkfkgdgf love it BTW YOU ARE SO PRETTY 🧚♀️‼️
Awww tysm!!!!! Thank you yes I LOVE monster high 🥳🥳🥳
I love their vibe of just casually buying everyday clothes from the Halloween store. I LIVE for that aesthetic 😌😌
I love that I am watching this while adding chains and patches to the blue Jean shorts I got from my dad’s dresser 🙃
🙌🙌🙌🙌 I love that too!!!!
My biggest tip for plus size / taller women: Hot Topic's plus size is almost entirely online, but it uses a lot of the same patterns and sizing as Torrid (which is owned by HT, btw) so it's absolutely worth it to go through their stuff. Also, chubrub or bike shorts. No one will see them and they will save your life.
i am really self-conscious because of my anorexia & i tend to cover up a lot. i love goth clothing tho so this helps a lot!! thank you :)

I really like what you said about clothing and other people judging you for wearing certain things. I'd like to dress more alternative sometimes but a lot of my friends, who are Goths and Metalheads, told me I'm not supposed to do that because it's a lifestyle, not just fashion and even though I mainly listen to Goth, Rock and Metal music, I don't consider myself part of any of those communities. I look "normal" most of the time. My friends think when I dress a bit more Goth for concerts, festivals or just when I feel like it, it is kind of disrespectful to them and others who actually are Goth. Which is why I don't really dare to wear my more alternative stuff; just to avoid discussions. I guess I shouldn't worry so much about them and just wear whatever I feel most comfortable in.
By the way I love your "fashion-y" videos! They inspire me to do more DIY projects! So keep them coming. 😊
Dude wear whatever you want, who cares what they think? Cuz in the end its your choice not theirs so...
dang your friends arent good friends at all, you should totally start wearing whatever you want and stop worrying about what they think
I've been wearing more alt clothes for a while but was never really part of any specific alt communities/don't even know how to tell apart goth and punk and any other genres of music. Honestly, dress how you want, your friends were kind of shitty friends for saying that
Oh you always make my day with your videos! You're soooo beautiful and...witchy❤🌙
I love how this video was posted 2 or 3 hours ago and YET not even one single dislike like it should be 😌
Dear Lord you're so sweet and amazing, I love you're excitement to talk about these things. Love your content💛

Yesterday someone in a shop said they liked my style and as my family is kinda unsupportive about everything so that's one of the best compliments I've ever got
You have no idea how much you just helped me for this summer thank you also you're really swaggy
Lord I lovee the makeupp😩
Yessss😫
I have a small tip; a black maxi skirt. You can wear it with a lacy top, or a shirt, or a knotted graphic tee. Plus it covers if your self conscious about your figure or don't want skin exposed to the sun and it works well with layers. You can also knot it to make it shorter.
im getting into the kandi kid aesthetic and pastel goth/pastel punk. Im gonna make some thigh highs out of some old white tights and add some runs to them.
im so happy i found this channel
Ok just adding something to the hair style section if you are into the punk sub genre and or fashion and have the time to do them I highly recommend liberty spikes. Another thing for shoes if you do not have a good tolerance to heat or have to run around converse are a great option especially if you add pins and or patches.
Hell yes !!! I’ve never done a proper Mohawk or liberty spikes but have wanted to and they are amazing styles !!!
And LOVE the idea of adding patches to converse :o ugh I wish I had my old converse now 😭 thank you for the awesome tips 🥰🙌
@@RattusRattus no problem! Also you responding to my comment made my day!
This is a struggle for me as a trans masc with major dysphoria but hates mens pants. Why they not high waisted huh???? Come on!
yeah right??? /s
Maybe like, older vintage men’s pants from the thrift store might be something to look into? I have a pair of high waisted very structured pants (that were my moms in the 80s) but they make me feel super Masc 🙌 otherwise I hope you find some pants you like cause ugh, that sucks ! 💔
broooo same mostly I just like getting some baggy mom jeans with the high waist
and make a bunch of rips for ventilation
then you can put whatever on them like safety pins or paint w bleach etc on them
the whole video I was like "uh huh fishnets🧍♂" because everything else was so feminineeee
I'm thinking baggy T shirt made of thin fabrics then fishnets sleeves because I always feel sooooo uncomfortable with my arms showinggg
I now I can't rely on baggy hoodies anymore in this heat😩😩🤏
You can also get mens drop crotch pants. The crotch part is pretty low but you can pull them up and they still look like a normal pair of pants. Plus you can get them in as skinny fit .
Just dont wear mens pants. Im a dude and i wear womens pants for the same reason and it honestly majes no difference
I MY GOD I LOVE THE MONSTER HIGH COLLECTION

As someone who took a long time to feel confident in my own clothes, it takes practice. Try things out, experiment. Do it for your own happiness. I would always have family say my style is weird and dated but that's what I was going for so 😂 being different is okay 💜
YES !!!!! Building up the fashion, makeup hair and wardrobe you like takes TIME and is such a journey!!! But it is so worth investing in that source of happiness if it is something you want ❤️🥰 I’m so proud of you for being able to express yourself regardless of those around you, my parents have also found my fashion choices questionable lol😂

@@RattusRattus Aw thanks 😊
my advice if you’re looking for a more masc/androgynous outfit: dark camo shorts. i bought a pair from walmart and they looks super cute with fishnets.
Thank you! I needed this :D
I love these vidoes so much there so helpful
I love your tips on confidence but wanted to add stuff that works for me in case it helps anyone else:
1. wear alt clothes to walmart. no one cares what you wear at walmart lmfao. or if you have a chance to go to a bigger city (I've moved to las vegas from a small town and altho it's not super common to see alt fashion, it's more common than my hometown in the middle of the bible belt)
2. wear alt clothes with friends. istg this turns my anxiety to almost 0 if you're not the only one standing out, or even if you're the only one dressed alt they can at least help distract you
3. if you can't work up the courage to dress for yourself, dress for other people like you! the more people are unapologetically themselves, the more other people will see those people and find their own confidence. I struggle to dress up purely for myself and so I like to remind myself that dressing how I really want can inspire people and normalize alt fashion even in little ways, so it's easier for other ppl who wanna dress alt to finally do it without as much backlash.
These are really good and I’ll have to keep them in mind in the future !!!! Thank you for sharing ❤️
you’re so welcoming and heart-warming, i love it thank you
what has helped me is dressing how i want in my room and take pictures and post it on my social media and that will get people more used to that style on you and it helps me a lot ! (hope that makes sence)
Your hair looks amazing ✨✨✨

I love the energy here. Its manic and comforting ~ you remind me of a lot of my friends I met in college. Love your style, you have a new sub here 😀
u should make a video on how to tell your parents you want to be a goth/punk/alt because I really love this type of style and my mom wouldn't understand me being goth or she would just believe its a phase lol.
I’ve wanted to do this but haven’t been sure about the interest for it ! Thank you for requesting it bc now I feel a bit more confident in making one!
Yeah I would love to see that too!
it makes me kinda sad when they say that they’re rambling cause one of my favorite things about them is that when they talk in the videos it’s in the way most people say is “rambling” but it’s normally how I talk sometimes and it makes me happy cause I love it so much when other people talk like that
love this video! would you ever consider making a music recommendations video? i've been into grunge and riot grrrl music for a while but have only just started to get into punk in general so I would love to hear your favorite bands :)
Ooh i love that idea ! I don’t know if that would be something people are into but I’d be super happy to make one 🥰🥳
@@RattusRattus I think that’d be a really good video!
Same!!
@@st3r517 I love your profile photo :)

I really appreciate this video as a heat-sensitive alt person. It's full of great ideas!
Speaking of ideas I like to tie bleach things. It's basically like tie dying but bleach is very affordable and definitely creates the aesthetic I'm looking for.
Tie bleaching is great. I do that as well as tie dye. I finished a couple of shirts a few days ago for a friend of mine. She wanted colors on her black shirts. I tie bleached first, then tie dyed with the colors she chose. They turned out great. She liked the clothes I made for myself, so she wanted her own. I have a separate washing machine I use for doing this. It's an old wringer washer without a timer or cycles. (Jan Griffiths).
Ahhhhhh thank you!!! I was the person who requested this video and you came through! This was really helpful as usual and I love your videos
Right now I just realized how cool monster high dolls are 😃
my style can best be described as kawaii/preppy/kitschy but i love learning about other alt fashions and your videos are so awesome and enthusiastic i love it!!!
i'm brazilian, and here is summer ALL THE YEAR, so that's very helpful, thank u
IN NOT 3 HOURS LATE !!!! I love your videos by the way and your cats are adorable!!
As an Australian I am so glad that this video exists because I live in a place where the summer is suffocatingly hot so this video is very helpful for the summer!
Aw yay thank you so happy to hear that! And good luck surviving the heat 🥵!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@RattusRattus thanks I'm going to need it!
this video is so helpful especially being from texas! can you do a video on how you organize your wardrobe/ accessories? everything I own is black and getting ready is basically like shopping cause I have to check through everything to find what I want/might want! help!
Ooh i love this idea !!! I love organizing ! I will put this in my list of future video topics 🥰🥰🥰 ☺️
I'm a closeted trans boy and 13 so when I dress alt it rlly comforts me that I can be open about something at least. Tysm 💛
Yaaaayyy! New video to watch!
since black absorbs sunlight and therefore makes u warmer, i suggest colorful things edged or lined or trimmed with black lace
my dad just told me i’m overdressed (which i was) so this was so helpful lmao
I like doing really smudgy messy eye makeup in the summer bc when u sweat it's less noticable 😏
Your content makes me so happy. Your style is so unique and gorgeous and you radiate suuuch positivity, it really brings me joy!! 😭♥️
Ooo! Someone who actually has the big eyebrow look!!
I wanted to do big eyebrows for my alt look because i love my face caterpillars but couldnt find anyone else who did that
Omg I bet it would be fun to shop with you!! Thrift shopping is the absolute best. 🖤🦇
ok but THE MONSTER HIGH DOLLS ARE AMAZING and holy moly you are amazing
Thank you, I needed some advice so I could look like I left a riot or ritual early to go to summer school

Ty for being here you are like an icon for me I'm a teen and very new to punk but I wanna learn a lot so this is so helpful! I love your stuff!!!

the vibe they give off is just oddly wholesome i love it smmmm
I've just recently subscribed to your channel. I just wanted to say that every time I watch your videos, my thought is "OMG they are so cute!" Not just your looks but how you speak and you are very uplifting!
I turned 30 this year and just didn't start dressing the way I wanted to (goth) up until maybe a year ago because I was always worried about what people would say. Your videos have helped me a ton! Also, your cats are adorable!! Thank you for being you ❤❤
The thrift store is 👏where👏it’s👏at👏. Super helpful and entertaining video, thank you sm
I’m with you 10000%!!! Thrift stores for life !
And thank you ! So happy you enjoyed ❤️
this is exactly the video i needed omg i’ve realized i have no clue how to dress for summer hsjdhdkdjs
Thanks for talking about the confidence thing. I think you're totally right about wearing new outfits at home until you're comfy in them. That's also a great way to build your style & work out any issues with certain clothing items. I have the tendency to rush into wearing new clothes in public, and that's the worst place to realize that something is ill fitting or not what you expected. Also, I have social anxiety & what's helped me to cope with it is to remember exactly what you said: that most people are so focused on their own selves that they're not going to worry about or notice all the little things that I'm hyper focused on.
Also you look SO cool 🤩
tanks you for your video, i’m visiting my dad in corsica ( i’m french ) and i was very stress out but now i’m exited because you inspired me to really have fun and try new stuff for my outfit, i would descibe myself as a punk but i don’t know any punk in real life so i’m lacking inspiration, thank you so much your video really made my day
Huge tip for these types of videos: READ THE COMMENTS! There is so many comments that come up with new ideas, how to do stuff, etc. I suggest reading the comments after the video or in the middle of the video because it helps a lot!! lol
True!! The comments are a gold mine 🥰
I'm a simple person: they look like a beautiful fairy, I subscribe
you seem so nice fr
