I like how the green stems had just a little color left. The book stacks are so pretty and I like the frame as well. I always like how you put a scripture inside a drawer when you redo furniture.

Wow! I love the dogwood flowers you made. I am definitely going to try to make these. I had never really been a fan of book stacks, but the ones you make are truly beautiful. You are so blessed to have your sister to do things with. Thank you for your willingness to share your ideas with us. Many blessings.

Greetings From Maine!!! I am so very happy that I found your channel! I have had a love affair with burlap for years now, but until I just watched your grain sack video, I honestly didn't know or couldn't visualize how to style it in my home! I am re-decorating my house from farmhouse to shabby chic! It just feels better to my senses the older I get! Also, I love that you work with your sister, I am the youngest of 3. That is a bond that the Lord blesses us with! I really liked the dipped flowers; my husband came in and said "that's plaster of Paris! I can do that; can we do that? that looks like fun!"" lol so Thank YOU BOTH for putting that childlike joy and a pep in these grandparent's steps! lol May the God Lord Bless you Both! Thanks! Melinda from Maine!!

@@ourshabbycottage8553 Thank You for responding! I agree, crafting is fun and relaxing and such an outlet for frustration! Nothing better than ripping fabric to get your anger out! lol I was wondering; can you ship up here to me? I will pay extra of course, but I really would love some of the florals and the rabbit and bird statues. I can't find a decent rabbit up here at all! also, would like to try the Dixie Bell paint. Thank you again! ps... yes, I have a great marriage. your right, these days thats becoming rare. when back in my day, the Andy Griffith show and The Waltons showed America how real families should run. Alas, that old snake has gotten his hooks into tv these days! I think that's a Maine reason our country is falling apart! No family Values!! Anyways, please think on shipping, if you can't I understand! Thank You! Melinda from Maine!

@@timmelindastanton5971 Melinda, I really wish I had time for shipping but I think I’ve bitten off as much as I can possibly chew😉. I’m so sorry. I agree though about the state of our world and absolutely no programs on tv like that anymore. I just don’t watch. It frustrates me too much and tries to steal my joy. Again, I’m so sorry about not shipping.

Just a quick tip, add pva glue to the mixture because the plaster has no flexibility which you need for soft flexible surfaces like silk flowers!!!
Because as they are, the plaster cracks and falls off!!!
BuUuUuUt AnYwAyS I love this and I am definitely going to be making my own later today or tomorrow 💗 not because I'm crafty😐 but because I am a stubborn cheapskate who left two Rubbermaid storage containers half full of flowers juuuust waiting for my daughter, to remember to get them rinsed off and hang them up to dry.....🙃...... BeCaUsE I am a petty Betty and just wanted to see how long they would be left out there,....... it's been 5 months 🤦.......
But anyways everything turned out beautiful!!! ❤️
