I absolutely love your experiments gone right or wrong! I also absolutely LOVE your torn up jumper! That is the clearest indication that you are an artist, rather like when you never, as a dancer, show up to an audition with a new pair of shoes. They should be worn and tattered or no one is going to believe you have put in the work you have. Artists are the same. An apron should be trashed, or a shirt, or whatever, all covered in paint, glue, resin, glitter and whatever else. Good on you!

Please give more information on how you mixed the resin with the plaster of Paris.... How much of each was used? How long to cure? Is there anything difference in the hardness? Or strength? Colors?
Love the look of the bust.

I love this idea, and yah, it turned out perfectly! It occurs to me that this is also a great way to save resin. The plaster adds enough bulk to the resin, I think, so you use less of it. (Less resin, I mean)

Hi, I am going through and reading all the comments. Someone else asked about mixing the pop with water per pop instructions, then adding resin, and the reply from a reader said resin does not set up right when mixed with water. I know that in the first batch with pop and resin, it was just the pop powder. The one with pigment added made it hard to see if it was powder or wet. So, I see why you asked the question.
