    I don't know if this is a joke or not but if it is true, then that's the American dream come true for him. Same here. I am 53 and retired at 50. One thing I did do to retire early was to get out of the 401K and IRA programs. Bought rental real estate and I am now a Limited Partner in about 3500+ units. I do not work.

      I only contribute 5% to get the full company match, that’s it. The 401K plan is designed for you to work until you are about dead. Also, the government does not have their hands on it yet either.

      My wife and I live off of our 401K. We don't work. I recommend highly to everyone to build your 401K or Roth IRA's as an alternate revenue stream in retirement to your Social Security.

      An observation on 401Ks is when it gets over 300K it starts to accelerate. When you get over 500K it can really accelerate as the stock market grows.

      If I may ask, as in withdrew all of the money from the 401K and IRA programs? If so, what was your strategy behind that decision? Thank you.

      I learned about government actions from Desiree Ruth Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman explained the benefits of long-term Treasuries and alternative investments, which the government doesn't disclose.

    Finances are extremely personal. You can get pointers and new info to make informed decisions. But, whatever decisions you make will be uniquely for your circumstances. It all takes time. There is no fast road, especially if you’re starting with debt. But you can get there!

    I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Rose Strayer.

      The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

    People, this is simple, just stop spending money you don't have in junk and stop trying to keep up with the Jones, and you will have a saving. The majority of people have a lot of unnecessary stuff to show people they have a lavish style such as cable bills, expensive brand name clothes, expensive cars, and jewelry. I stopped buying junk in 2007 and now save up to 250k plus dollars in my savings account, plus I own my house 🏠.

    where can a 20 year old put $1000 to start and then add more monthly when he gets out of college and get a full time job?

    • @willtacoma2ndgen661
      @willtacoma2ndgen661 2 месяца назад +2

      You should have your 20-year-old start with a local credit union or bank, first with no fees. As he progresses, he can then open an online bank account.

    • @willtacoma2ndgen661
      @willtacoma2ndgen661 2 месяца назад

      @ET-ri4dt, is he going to college or a trade school? If yes, I will have him focus on his career first, get him started there, and focus on trying to pay out of pocket for that school before starting to invest for his future. If he is done with school and wants to start investing, have him Google Fidelity investments in your state and set an appointment with an advisor to start a Roth IRA that is investing in mutual funds. In no time, he will be a millionaire at 40 years old. I love what you are doing for your son; you are starting him right. I wish more mothers like you could do the same to set our community up for a better tomorrow. God bless 🙌.
