You got my attention the 1st 5 seconds-words I live by. Be the best 9-5 then go build your empire the rest of the day. We got to work smarter not harder. Use corporate resources and strategies to work in your favor. Go to the meetings and speak up so when you are meeting with YOUR clients you already know what to do and say. Lead the projects or be on point to be a resource. Use corporate funds for your education (tuition reimbursement) BUT do those people work!!! They pay you for a reason...okay my break is up let me get back to my 9 to 5. Good content!!!

This is actually crazy to see this video I' been dating a person for a while and the closer we get I noticed we have different spending habits I know how to slow down and save money to take care of the things I need first then the things I want and also put sum away on the other hand she will spend her money on things I know she don't need to buy at the time or she will spend too much on a particular item without price matching then she will ask things like so what is our future like together and I will be thinking how can I plan a future with someone who don't know how to manage the money 🤷🏽 so being financially on the same page is a big part

Tip for insurance shopping. Make sure your deductible is set as high as you could afford. Typically the higher the deductible, the lower the premium.
The Black community would be much better than it is if we get Life Insurance. It is a sure way to build generational wealth.
Don’t wait for you are others to pass BUILD YOUR OWN TABLE WITH WHAT YOU ARE BLESSED WITH.
Another issue is H!V and other health issues. A lot of people have it and it’s not spoken of. A person have to be on medication for 5 years to qualify for insurance.

Most Christians I know ( Catholics namely) are single income because the mother is focused on raising the kids and taking care of the home. So... the 2 seperate incomes is only for more worldly setups. But communication is key no matter what, I agree.

Talking about money and getting on the same page with your significant other, can create very difficult. A lot has to do with one's upbringing.

I would disagree with combining finance as a married couple because you're always going to have one person in the marriage spending more money. I believe if you both have good money values the relationship will be ok, and have one joint account were you both pay the house whole bills.

Is it better to have whole life or term insurance ,
I hope he answers this. Google and do some research bc I think a lot of people make this mistake. I'm no expert but I know that term life expires at age 65. If you don't use the policy by that time there's no refunds you just lose the money. Also you can't pull money from a term policy. Whole life is more expensive but you can borrow from the policy & it expires at age 100.

Im in insurance in Canada but that seems incredibly high for two cars even with accident, I have many friends in the States who have dirt cheap insurance with killer coverage. Let me ask around for you my friends know many US agents but what I can recommend NOW is to talk to a BROKER. A broker represents multiple different insurance providers where as an agent has one single carrier. An agent also cant shop around for their client the way a broker can. Brokers are working for you, their job is to know your requirements and bring your needs to multiple carriers and find you the best coverage for the best rates. Its not in your intrest if its great coverage and your paying thru the nose. $700 is obscene for two cars even with accidents. How long ago did the accident(s) happen? The only thing that could be the case is if you fall into "facility" category which would depend on amount of accidents, claims, tickets etc. Facility is kinda like high risk for lack of better words.
Talk to a broker in the meantime, wise thing that happens is they cant get you a better rate (and you stay where you are) and your in no worse spot than you are now
What if you are a 40-something single person with no kids and no family to leave money to - is life insurance be a good idea
I am not in the religious thing because I have seen a lot of people held back because of those things. Yes I call them man made things
