    Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this RUclips channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

    How To Get Out Of Debt: Allot two years to get out of debt. Write out all your debts on your phone notepad or on a paper pad from the lowest to highest. Pay off the lowest in one month even if you have to add a part-time job or business to pay it off.
    Next month, pretend you still owe the paid off bill and add that monthly payment to the next highest bill on the list. Pay until the second bill is paid off.
    Third month, pretend you still owe for 1st and 2nd bill. Add the monthly of these bills to the third bill. Pay until the third bill is paid off. Keep doing this for all of your bills until you are debt free.

      For some of us, it takes more than 1 month to pay off one debt. My lowest debt is $5000 and I have several to pay off. I can’t wait until that first one falls. I think of it as the first domino to fall that gets the others going. It’s going to take a while and I am working on it every month until it’s gone.

    When I took out my school loans I really didn't think it was a big deal back in the 2000's and I'm still paying on it, the subsidized and unsubsidized loans makes a difference in order to pay it off it keeps building up interest. My home has decreased balance I can see it, but my school loan has barely gone down. I know I will need to make double payments to get it paid off.

    You can't get debt free for free. It took money to get in debt and costs money to get out. The problem is you must make MORE money than you do now to pay your current debts AND to pay for debt freedom. The people who can REALLY teach you how to make more money to become debt free will NOT give it to you for free.

    I think the whole premise behind good debt is taking on debt to purchase assets that brings cash flow and appreciation and ultimately resulting in one building wealth overtime. For example someone like Grant Cardone probably has several hundred million dollars of debt however he also may have a networth of several hundred million dollars and may have over $1 billion in real estate. He could never probably achieve that without taking on debt in order to purchase those assets. Of course this example is on a large scale example but it can be done on something as simple as buying one or two rental properties using debt and overtime that debt gets paid down and ultimately you own those assets out right and meanwhile it provides a cash flow to sustain your lifestyle and build wealth.

    • @klr1523
      @klr1523 Год назад

      True, so-called "good debt" is used to bring in a positive cash flow (the ROI is greater than the payments/interest rate of the debt), but the borrower has to enter into an extended/risky position that has them bound which can implode unexpectedly. It would only make sense if you have the discretionary funds to cover the debt at any time should the lender calls it in, but then in that case, you wouldn't need to go in debt in the first place.

    Man, I love this channel, watch it every morning during the week, but your opening statement, which is probably click bait, irks me. Also, I would like to preface this comment with: This is absolutely no hate to white people, they have done great things and also bring great progression, it is just unequivocally true, that they had a head start on creating the wealth gap in this country.
    However, black people aren't blaming white people for their financial mistakes. But it is undeniable that there were systems, laws, etc. put in place that gave white people a financial head start in this country. That's facts. The younger generations are getting hip to knowledge that older generations didn't have so easily accessible like we do now. So Black and Browns (people of oppressed lines of heritage) are catching up now, and watch what we do with the knowledge we've been acquiring. We didn't get passed down any land or property. All of that was stolen from us. You said it yourself, Black women are the #1 rising entrepreneur. Black and brown generations of today aren't 'blaming whites for financial mistakes.' We're not playing the victim, we're playing catch up.

      OK, now that you are done decreeing and declaring what are you going to do? There is a difference between the words pray, praying, and prayer. Some people like to pray and some people love praying but those people rarely receive results. However, the word prayer is a verb that describes a person who after they pray or finish praying they get up off their knees and do something.
      Two thirds of GOD's name spelled forward is GO and two thirds of GOD's name spelled backward is DO. Therefore, GOD always expects you to go and do.
      The word "worship" is comprised of two words: word and ship. Rather than standing around just praising GOD's name HE expects you to take the word and go somewhere with it.
      This is why GOD told Abraham in Genesis 12:1 "Get out of your father's house and GO to a land that I will show you (when?) as you GO. You don't receive answers to your prayers when you are NOT doing something to get them.

      @@zerotomillions1016 the Bible also says "faith without works is dead" and "without vision my people perish." Both of these are vital and I say Amen to your post here. So many pray and declare to get out of circumstances, many parts of which we've created on our own, but do not implement steps to enact and clear what is going on. This is part of my problem with the "name it and claim it" modern day Christians. You have to do something whether it is simply an act of faith like Daniel in the lions den or doing something like Jesus overturning the money changers tables in the temple.

I am believing God that this can be done in 5 years or less as opposed to the governments suggestion of 10 years :-/ I'm doing this by myself but celebrating my wins I've paid off 3 credit cards and a business loan so far, attacking the rest of my debt using debt snowball and have been paying for things with cash only. During my last work gig I challenged myself to not just save up 1k, but $2,500 and I did 🙂 I need all the prayer I can get. This has been far from easy and a test everyday.
