My car payment was $231 monthly! Related to excellent interest rate at 1.99%. I made my last payment in January 2024… and literally just received my Title for the car towards the end of February. I’m satisfied with my average/affordable to maintain Honda Accord. I’m a Nurse and I can get a so called “Luxury car” , but I refuse to buy a car that is expensive to maintain. So I’m good over here with my old 2015 Honda,Accord. If I continue to keep with maintenance I should be good for a few more years. I’m intentionally…saving cash to purchase my next car..yearssss down the road. Hopefully to buy something cash to avoid car payments. I want to avoid car payments … I don’t want it 😅

I can't get away from her, she needs me, I wish it were that simple, but it's not. She is my 11 year old. Chiptole, Five Below, Target, Walmart, Chik Fil A, Claires, Amazon carts NO MORE!! I've put her to work, if she doesn't earn it, she has nothing to spend. And what ever she earns we are taking savings off the top! She earns money for chores and reading. For each book she reads and gives me a report on she earns $20 and her grandmother gives her another $20. We just started this. She's supposed to read one book per month. When she makes honor roll another bonus is $25. She already has investments, CD's, savings etc. So nope I am not gone be able yo do it. Her career right now is go to school, get good grades and Be Great at whatever you do!
