- As a dance and fitness instructor for over 20 years, I’ve heard every excuse in the book…but now there are NO EXCUSES! Join me on the mat for this fabulous 30 minute Int/Adv Pilates Workout! We’ll work the entire body without annoying our neighbors - there’s zero jumping so this routine will be easy on your joints! You also don’t need a ton of space - just enough to roll out your mat. This workout is also wrist friendly and doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s move and have some fun!

Love this so much! Your floor Barre workouts are the best. Can you make more for the legs. I live the side lying inner outer thigh work, also mobility and turnout workouts.

great floor core workout, need this as i recover from hip flexor injury, need to use abs instead of hip flexors to lift my legs:) this is effecient and i love c curve workout and those high five abs, get my heart rate up. i think we can get heart rat up doing these arm and leg movments with stable core.

Désirée.... I love this class, it keeps challenging me LOL .... For me this class is a hardness class ... I do it once per two weeks.... I can't still master it, you know driving the mouvement for the ultimate position.
