That was a very delicious routine 🌸 I've been depressed for so long that I know, for my own experience, that laziness is depression's best friend. Even when you're feeling down and unmotivated, you have to push yourself to exercise! It's not only healthy for your body, but also necessary for your mental health 😌 it is an effective distraction from your negative thoughts, it also increases your brain oxygenation and your body releases endorphins. It's the best therapy.

after the hourglass workout, I tried the lazy days. I find myself so good as the stretching and the tempo gave me energy and felt really energized. I personally just love the combination. Thank you very much. I love your cool and calm voice, as I don't feel stressed doing the exercises.
