Hey, Thank you so much for checking out my video. I hope you enjoyed it and I hope that your DIY projects are going great. Let me know down below if you have any ideas or if you would like me to design and build something specific for a home/garage gym setup.

Love the concept. How’s it holding up so far? Anything you would do differently?

I just bought a rack mounted leg roller and got a huge 2+ inch barbell pad on bench and use those and bands to aid in coming back up as I'm new to this exercise. Total cost about $100 between pad and Rep's rack mounted roller most use to hold themselves for lat pulldowns. Still not sure why everybody loves this so much stiff and romanian deadlifts are just as good.

You are not wrong, it is just as good, for posterior chain. Not so much for sit ups. Also, it just adds one more variety and in a society where attention is limited this helps keeping clients interested for longer.

I'm shocked at how hard this exercise is and how weak my hamstrings are. Second time doing it yesterday feel a bit stronger hopefully can work my way down lighter and lighter assistance bands.@@Leon-Fitness

Awesome project. The day I get out of my appartment and into a house, I will use this as inspiration and a similar one, with just a few modifications in order to do nordic curls too.

I know most crossfit boxes use them for situps, but have you used it for glute ham raises? Thinking of making something similar, just curious if my knees will hit the support bars at the apex of a glute ham raise. (When the knees dip down a little.)

I have used it for that yes,. all I do is just keep my legs straight.

    • @Leon-Fitness

I actually cut up an old mattress and doubled it over. Since then Ive found a company that cuts foam for you to size though
