For optimal performance, descale your Coffeemaker every 3 to 6 months. It is possible
for calcium deposits to build up faster, making it necessary to descale more often. When all the
lights flash in sequence upon turning the unit on, this indicates the need to descale.
Descaling Your Single-Serve Brewer Mineral content in water varies from place to place. Depending on the mineral content of the water in your area, calcium deposits or scale may build up in your Coffeemaker. Though scale is nontoxic, it can hinder Coffeemaker performance.

Oh my gosh, I never knew that by holding down both 6 and 8 Oz buttons was an option to clean my kcup side. You are so helpful. I've been trying to figure this out for quite some time now. Thank you. I don't like going to gas scion coffe stops because I worry they don't clean their machines regularly. They are literally petri dishes for fungi and bacterial growth.

I don't have the Cuisinart model coffee maker there, but i notice.. is that how slow they dispense the water under single serve? Because it still looks like he's having someone difficulty pushing the water through the system. But I'm used to the Keurig models. Thank you for the video and the many different ways on how to clean single serve and dual coffee makers

Thanks for the K cup descaling. Are there different size charcoal filters? The ones that came with my Cuisinart Dual Coffee maker will not fit in the carrier that goes in the watet tank
That's no good. they should have sent you the correct filters. Keurig and Cuisinart filters look really similar but they are different the Keurig filter is bigger and the Cuisinart is skinny. check out the video where I show you how to change them ruclips.net/video/KbdKFE_aw6Q/видео.html

Thank you for this video. But why does noone take all the pieces out from kcup side to actually clean the parts? Like the silicone black piece that goes on the top needle attached to the lid of machine? Their manual sucks for NOT telling/showing us how many pieces are there and what goes where after someone else has taken it apart... uhh. Frustrating, lack of practicality everywhere.
The clean light did not go off on my machine for some reason even after 1 water and vinegar tank and 3 tanks of just water. Any clue?
My clean light isn’t coming on and I put my kcup in, push the button for size I want and it just doesn’t start. I reset it for 30 minutes and then it works, but it keeps doing this about every other day? Any idea what’s wrong? Do I need to descale it again? I have descaled it before but not since it started doing this. I need coffee in the morning and I don’t have time to reset it every morning lol.
Have run nothing but RO water thru mine since new.....Ran it thru the cycle anyway.
They say your not suppose to use Mineral free water or Distilled water.
Oh no… just got a machine, and the k-cup side won’t work. I’m running the cleaning cycle with vinegar but it only drips about an ounce. Any other tips?
On the k cup side all three blue lights are flashing and the clean red light is on.
Why does the brew side clean light stay on red after cleaning ?
What do you do with carbon filter
remove it till the end then put it back in, if you ran vinegar through it then I would replace it. it should be replaced every 2 months.
Mine stops after 30 seconds.. doesn’t fill the cup then 3 lights blink. I try again and it wont change to clean light only.
All this, I'm now late to work and still don't have a cup of coffee. And the light is still on, can't brew yet. (In addition, it leaks water on my counter all the time.) I'll be replacing it today.

We have done all this cleaning on the single-serve side . . . . but the red clean light stays (not blinking). I've tried pressing the 6 oz and 8 oz buttons at the same time, but the red clean light stays on. How do I turn off the red clean light off?
The red clean light on the left side of the machine is for the Coffee maker with Carafe side. have you descaled the Coffee maker side on the left side. I have a video on how to do the coffee pot side. ruclips.net/video/G7E3ilb4c2c/видео.html
If the clean light stays on after you clean the left side then it says to clean it again. Remember to get into clean mode press and hold the clean button until the clean light flashes, this puts the machine into clean mode and should reset the light after you are done.
Same here (on the K-cup side). I can't make a cup of coffee
The top of my coffee maker is up. How can I fix it? 😭 (The gray one)

Thanks for your kind words. This has been a problem on Cuisinarts The lid will become distorted from the steam an not shut all the way. No sure what to do about that. make sure your brew basket is installed correct and its not hitting the brew basket.

Is it bad if I washed this with vinegar and forgot to remove the filter!?!? Yikes! I rinsed it out multiple times with water….
