For optimal performance, descale your Coffeemaker every 3 to 6 months. It is possible
for calcium deposits to build up faster, making it necessary to descale more often. When all the
lights flash in sequence upon turning the unit on, this indicates the need to descale.
Descaling Your Single-Serve Brewer Mineral content in water varies from place to place. Depending on the mineral content of the water in your area, calcium deposits or scale may build up in your Coffeemaker. Though scale is nontoxic, it can hinder Coffeemaker performance.

I’ve followed instructions and completed the cup side, but the main side, I hold the clean button 3 seconds, it heats the carafe but nothing else happens for 2 minutes…then I get 5 beeps and it shuts off. Still won’t brew!

I thought it was malfunctioning because it kept stopping And I would only have a little bit of the vinegar and water in the pot 🤔I must’ve turned it off and on 10 times 😔this really helped🙏🏻

now it wont pump any water through the coffee pot side. I decaled then tried to brew just water and nothing happens jus then 5 beep no water through.
How do I turn the beep off? Dismantled the bottom but can't find the speaker.

Suggestions if it doesn’t start the cleaning process when you press and hold the clean button? It’s on brew. The pot is on. I’ve turned it off and back on.

Maybe let the vinegar soak for about an hour before you rinse it out.
My clean light comes on every couple of days, I have followed your descaling process 3 separate times. The coffee brews slowly even after descaling, any recommendations?
I followed your instructions and the red clean light won’t turn off. I’ve run two additional pots of cold water through the normal brew process and the light is still on. Any suggestions?
Maybe run some vinegar through the machine and when it is half way through brewing the vinegar shut it off and let it soak for about an hour then finish the vinegar brew and then do your fresh water rinses. Also I think you can unplug your machine for about 30 min and plug it back in this might reset it also.
